I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. From the start, the service was disappointing. The waiter consistently forgot the dish we ordered, despite us reminding him multiple times throughout the meal. Each time we asked, he assured us the dish was coming, but it never arrived. The staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also rude, showing little regard for basic customer service. It felt as if our concerns were being completely ignored. This experience was unacceptable, and the lack of attention to even the most basic of requests has left me with no desire to return. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Writing with a huge disappointment. The service was very poor. you will have to literally wait for 20mins+ for every dish that you order, even if you order prior in one go. If you are taking your friends and family with you, be aware you will regret it due to the poor service. Don't get surprised if the staff forgets to serve a dish that you ordered. They keep forgetting what the order actually was and will simply make you embarrassed in front of your friends & family with the ruined experience. Also the staff doesn't even care to compensate for your pathetic experience, instead they will act even more rude.

The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making my experience frustrating and unpleasant. I expected much better and won’t be returning. They say "Galti nahi karunga"....idhar khaana khane aake humne hi galti kar diya!

BIG DISAPPOINMET!! If u wanna have a bad experience come to this place. They have very very unbearable service. We took one full chicken but it wasn't the full. Fake place and quantity. The staff is very rude. Highly recommended NOT TO VISIT.
