I visited Sandeep Hotel many times, and usually the taste is consistently very good, which is why I keep coming back. However, today’s experience was a bit disappointing. We ordered Manchurian soup, Chicken Chilly Dry, Chicken Kharada, Lal Chicken Hundi, and Laccha Paratha. 1. Manchurian soup was too salty and thick initially. We requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the second serving also wasn’t good. 2. Chicken Chilly Dry was not up to the mark in taste. 3. Chicken Kharada was delicious, slightly on the spicier side, and the best dish of the meal. 4. Lal Chicken Hundi, which is usually super tasty, was salty today and didn’t meet expectations. 5. Laccha Paratha was freshly prepared and very tasty. Overall, this visit didn’t match the usual quality I expect from Sandeep Hotel.

We were waiting for more than 30 mins and thought that it will be of good taste so this much wait but totally disappointed by the taste !!!! We ordered shevga handi and it was looking like diluted to increase quantity and avg taste ! Oder was coming after reminding staff 3-4 times !!!! We have decided not to go here in future !!

Disappointed with the hotel specials aka chicken handi where we were served mostly bones and were told we cannot serve only meat pieces to you folks and not serve other guests, for the price it was an absolute sham

I rarely write reviews like this, but this one is necessary because people really need to know what they’re walking into. We ordered a few dishes here and except for the Paneer Angara Kebab (which was genuinely good), the rest of our experience was terrible. • Kaju Paneer – absolutely horrible • Kala Chicken – tasteless and poorly made • The overall quality of food was far below expectation. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, careless, and seemed completely unbothered by customer concerns. I genuinely don’t understand why the management hasn’t taken strict action to train the staff. Good food means nothing if the service is this bad. This is definitely the last time I’m visiting Hotel Sandeep. I read the reviews before coming and ignored the warnings — big mistake. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same experience.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Sandeep, Hadapsar (Pune) Waited over an hour, and they served chicken instead of paneer while I was fasting — this hurt my religious sentiments deeply. When I complained, the waiter and manager were arrogant, saying “post a review, we don’t care.” Such carelessness and disrespect toward customers is unacceptable. Avoid this place — they neither value faith nor service quality.

it was a very very terrible experience i had came her for my brothers birthday they just spoiled it completely the food was delayed the waiter was looking at us in anger and aggression i could see him bad mouth me, this restaurant deserves to be closed this is a very terrible experience that i have had here the management is not at all good worst dining experience ever completely spoiled the birthday experience

They should stick to there limited menu which is good.. veg food and chicken Biryani was too basic for the cost. Not the taste like before.
