The food was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t really stand out or feel worth the hype. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive, polite, and quick, which made the experience much better. The atmosphere was decent. The rooftop setting is nice, but it could be improved to feel more special. Overall, it’s a fine place for service and a casual visit, but the food and vibe could be better.

Hyde Please stay hidden, service was very bad, food was average and drinks were also not mixed well. Overpriced menu with very average tasting food. Will never visit again.

Unfortunately, our recent visit to Hyde turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in Pune. Right from the start, the service was extremely poor,the waitstaff were inattentive, rarely checking on our table, and seemed completely disengaged throughout the evening. We had to request water and fresh rotis more than 5-6 times before anything arrived, which is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one in a prime location like Wakad. The ambience, which is often hyped up online, felt below average in reality.it was dimly lit but not in a cozy way, more like neglected, with average decor that didn’t live up to the ‘vibrant hidden gem’ descriptions. The real letdown, however, was the food, which can only be described as pathetic. The rotis arrived burnt and hard, almost inedible, while the vegetables in our dishes were terribly overcooked, mushy, and lacking any flavor or seasoning. In the drinks we ordered, there was an excessively high quantity of ice, making them watered-down and tasteless from the very first sip. Overall, it felt like basic standards were ignored across the board from kitchen execution to basic hospitality. We went in with decent expectations based on some positive reviews we’ve seen, but this visit left us hungry, frustrated, and unlikely to return. Definitely not recommended unless major improvements are made. 1/5 stars at best.”

We have to wait for table. As per booking table was expected at 9:00 pm, whereas we got it at 10:00 pm, we have to then wait for table cleaning, we placed order at 10:30. Did received starter at 11 pm, drinks at 11:30. We did waited for main course till 12 am, but the order was in process only. We have to then cancel the order and leave with just fries and drinks. Worst experience ever. Only thing good was the live music. In billing also, district app charged 125 rs as convenience fees, which was not mentioned anywhere during booking. I would suggest them to rename it as “Inconvenience Fees”.

drinks are likely spiked, be careful. they probably add something to their drinks. they hit you pretty badly even with few sips. they aren't likely alcohol, I am certain they add something to their drinks. because no alcohol, gets you high with 1 or 2 sips, just 2 spis of liit hit be like no other place. people get drowsy. i didn't finish my drink i felt so something was off

The food was cold!!! And the tables, water and ambience was cery hot though they started fans we were sweating. Not at all good service. All the waiters and staff was in the kitchen even if we need anything no one came out. Worst experience. Do not visit
