Been there multiple times with freinds. Earlier we use to go to their pimple Saudagar outlet as well located in Rainbow Plaza. They have never ending selection of ice creams, thick shake and many more. Being a chocolate fanatic this place is heaven for me.

We had ordered berry blast ice cream which was very fresh and tasted amazing!! Worth a try :) The waffles, though were not baked properly and composition of hazlenut banana waffles was such that the dish was dry. The service was a little slow as a single person was attending to everyone but he was super polite!

Presentation was perfect but the taste of the shakes were not up to the mark... Excellent Menu. Can believe so much options available in ice creams. They also serve Pancakes and Waffle. Should try Waffles. Good Option. Though the price is on higher side, serving quantity and quality justifies the price. One should try Death By Chocolate (Should be shared between two).

It's an innovative ice cream joint. But the food quality is not upto the mark. Felt like the ice cream was in the freezer for years. It's was rubbery and not so tasty. A bit over priced destination.

Like test match KL Rahul, more looks than substance. Nice ambience. Very average ice cream and definitely too expensive for the money. Would not go again 2/5

An overpriced place with a misleading menu. We had ordered the galaxy something ice cream. The price on the menu for it was 180 INR but the bill was provided for 210 INR. Upon inquiry, we were told that it special ice cream and hence more price. Price is not an issue but then why not put it on the Menu??? Why mislead your customers by showing 180 on the menu and then charging 210 for it on the bill? Also, I was never provided a bill for this order as they were having system and network issues...!!! Another red flag. The actual ice cream was not that good and for the same price, much better taste and quality ice creams will available in chain outlets like cream stone, stoned, etc. When I enquired with regards to the flavor I was told I can have fresh fruit flavors from the menu... ok... so I selected watermelon, mango, and blueberry cheesecake flavors. Watermelon seemed to be frozen, for mango after saying fresh mango they used mango pulp... saying that this is what we call "fresh"..!! For blueberry they used pulp...!! It was very disappointing at every stage right from billing, to preparation to service we were deceived. Chances of we going back are zero... just tip if you plan to visit here... ensure you ask all the right questions multiple times before you place an order ensure to ask about the pricing, billing, is the system working, will you get a bill, will they use fresh produce or pulp, what will be the quantity.... etc.

360 for two basic cups of icecream. The taste was okayish. Highly overpriced and really not worth going! Better go to cream stone opposite to this.
