मी खूप वेळा येथे गेलो होतो. मालक तर मराठी आहे पण त्याला ग्राहकांशी कसे वागायचे तेही कळत नाही स्टाफ तर सर्व बिहार आणि उत्तरप्रदेश मधील आहेत असो पण आपण ईराणी कॅफे चालवतोय त्याचे एक स्टँडर्ड मेन्टेन करायला हवा कधीही बघा घाण फ्लोर आणि झुरळं दिसणार.

Irani cafe use to be our favourite spot to eat. the service is very slow so we ordered online and after multiple disappointments like the bread being stale we ordered an egg cheese bun maska and to our surprise their was a roach. There are many other places in Baner that offer the same items as Irani cafe. Irani Cafe, Baner has turned out to be a disappointment.

day by day their service is going down the drain ....they dont send items .....n if send its a disater.... cold milk tea they sent..... zomato doesn't care.n restaurant number is of no use as no one picks.....free ka paisa chaiya inko ... n for restaurant i am liar

The staff needs serious training in behaviour, as does the owner. They were rude and very friendly - the staff kept staring and threw plates on the table instead of placing them. It seems like the place is only running because of the brand name.

I have been to other Irani cafe’s and this branch (baner) is the worst Chai 0/10 French toast masala (0/10) Chicken samosa way too cold and bland Grilled bun muska which how can one cook bad and here they prooved

Every time visiting here is a bad experience. Extremely rude staff and owner. Unhygienic standards. Flies all over the place. Dirty tables and floor. Not worth visiting amymore
