A Irani cafe brand by the name Irani cafe which has become quite popular in Pune. They have multiple outlets and one of the first things that will strike you about them is their ambiance. Vintage Irani cafe theme with a modern touch to it The outlet is 2 floors and has ample seating space, especially upstairs. Very pretty ambiance with good vibes all over the place. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. Servers were quite helpful and prompt. I ordered the Akuri with plain bun as they didn't have any pav, which they should add to the menu. I didn't enjoy the akuri much as the taste was quite average, I have had much better akuris at other places. Also Bun didn't go well with it due to it being a sweet bun. Not to my liking. Had a lemon tea along with it which was ok. I am sure there will be other better dishes to try on their menu, which I will next time as I would like to give them another try. Rating - 7/10 Taste - "We ordered three things. The first was a **veg** double-decker sandwich. I was expecting something with vegetables, but what I got was a double-decker with some aloo pakora and a **besan pakoda** filling. I was very disappointed as it tasted a lot like vada pav. After that, we ordered a raspberry soda, which was also very disappointing because it tasted like cough syrup. Then we ordered a baklava. The baklava was fine, but it wasn't very fresh. It wasn't the best baklava I've had. Finally, we had a chocolate that cost 60 rupees, and it was very delicious—the best thing I had at this restaurant." Ambience - "The ambiance was mind-blowing—actually beautiful and very vintage. Everything looked perfect, and the seating area was both beautiful and comfortable. There were two seating options: upstairs and in the lower part of the restaurant. I would suggest sitting on the upper floor. It’s a very pretty and photogenic place." Hygiene - It was also quite hygienic because I didn’t find anything that seemed unhygienic. I didn’t use the washroom, so I can’t comment on that, but everything was clean when I entered, and everything was served perfectly.

Had a lot of expectation from this Irani chain while my visit to Pune. They have a varied menu to choose from. We ordered: Irani Chai, Cold Coffee, Bun Cheese Omlette & Mutton Keema Berry Pulao. Except the Pulao, all other items were quite average. I had better Parsi cuisines at other places. Their Berry Pulao & Mousse cake were the best of the lot! The staffs seemed to be lost in their world, only came after calling a no. of times. Can be visited once.

had mutton keema pav and tirimasu cake...Mutton keema was avg and the cake was very bad, didn't even had the coffee flavour in it.the base layer tasted very old

Absolute disaster of hygiene and cleanliness. Every corner of this place stinks and is smelly. The tables are not clean and have oily sticky feel to it. The chairs always have some left over spilt from previous customer which is left as is - have to call the waiter to clean or change the chair almost every time. If you ask the waiter to come and clean the table, they will come with even more stinky cloth and clean the table leaving it sticky and smelly. I used to like this place when it started but now it’s all crazy. Even the stair case to go to the top floor is smelly and filled with I don’t know what smell. Overall I don’t think I will meet people here or call my friends to meet here to spend 1or 2 hours any more And this is my review after visiting the place thrice in one month, requesting the owner personally to sort the stair case stink issue.

it took them more than 10 minutes to arrange a table. after that when I asked about a particular dish the waiter was un-cooperative and did not even explain about the said dish. had to remind them consistently about my order and last but not the least the food was terrible, undercooked, cold and bland. expected better after seeing the reviews but overall disappointed.

There was a fly inside the bun. I don’t think they maintain any kind of hygiene in their kitchen. Also, the owner was trying to justify this by saying the fly would have fallen from the top as it is not dead. Wow !!!

they don't accept payment via Zomato even if the application has a valid offer. I had to pay the whole bill amount, what's the point of having Zomato gold!

Very pathetic service, Thay don’t have time to take order despite many time asking to cashier and the staff who are available over there to take orders.

Lack of staff. Staff doesn't pay attention to you even after calling them. non courteous behaviour. Avoid coming here at peak hours
