We visited Irani Cafe (Kalyani Nagar) because they host POTTERY classes on Sundays on their first floor. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. Despite booking and paying online, there were no seats when we arrived. It’s been over three weeks, and we still haven’t received a refund. The pottery organizers aren’t responding to calls or messages. While the cafe may be renting space, this reflects poorly on the overall experience. I hope Irani Cafe ensures that any hosted activities meet basic standards of organization and customer service.(We want Irani Cafe to help us in getting our refund Rs4900, if we get the refund we will change the review from 1 star to 5 star)

very good place for eating. my mother ordered tea and bsn maska along with mava cake which was amazing and I ordered peri peri fries which were very tasty and not super spicy. very nice place for snacks and quick bites

Food, service and ambience of the restaurant all are great but the washroom hygiene and cleanliness are a total turn-off. Management should genuinely look to improve on that.

Lovely place to enjoy authentic Irani Bun MASKA and Malai Chai. Just wonderful. Great service, loved the outdoor seating. Parking is an issue.

Irani Cafe has been my go to place for Iranian cuisine. The Kalyani Nagar outlet is big and spacious. The only disadvantage is that the majority of their seating is outside which makes it problematic during extremely hot weather and monsoons. Service is usually fast but at times I've experienced very slow service as well. Overall it's a great place to grab a quick bite and still is one of the most preferred places on my list.

They hesitate to accept bill payment through Zomato even after the table booking being made. I had to request them many a times. The menu has also changed from what is shown here in Zomato.

We came to Irani Cafe considering it is the most iconic place in Pune. However, from food quality to the staff everything was below average…rather extremely poor. The food oil used is the same for veg and well as non veg food, when brought to their notice they did not have a problem with it. The server of our table was least interested to take our order and did not like it if we called him multiple times. Overall, a very very poor experience and would not recommend going here and wasting money.

I recently visited this cafe, and it was a huge disappointment. The service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. Such poor service is unacceptable, and it feels like they have little regard for their customers. Cafes like this need to seriously improve or consider shutting down. overall, I won’t be returning here anytime soon.
