Been here for breakfast with friend. We have ordere irani tea, bun maska, cheese toast, ardy’s and chocolate crossiant. The irani tea and bun maska was good except the maska was not in good quantity as it should be in the bun🙂 The cheese toast was good in taste and they have applied good amount of cheese in the toast. Chocolate crossiant was not that good as it was not even warm and there was less quantity of chocolate in the crossiant which gives not a good taste. Overall a good place to have tea and tea time snacks with friends.

Restaurant(Karvenagar cafe) was lacking cleanliness on floor. All used tissue papers, mud etc on floor. Also a outsider cat entered the restaurant and sat on top of one of the table. No one in the resto bothered about it. Later someone occupied that table unaware that there was a cat sitting on top of it before they arrived. Food quality is good. Karvenagar cafe staff is unorganised. They need to be trained on service and self presentation.

They gave me paneer roll in which complete onion was burnt and taste was also not good, I don’t recommend to have paneer roll.

Horrible place! Horrible service! Firstly, the staff looks at you and then conveniently ignores you. Nobody took my order for more than half an hour. After that, they couldn't even remember the order correctly. They served food that was burnt. I mean it takes special skills to burn eggs!!! After the second time my bhurji was served burnt, the server had the audacity to tell me that it is how it should be and that I was doing so on purpose. I requested to speak to the chef and the server said that he didn't have time to come and meet people. Horrible horrible attitude. Never ever going back!

Food was below average. Chicken double decker is a weird, zero efforts taken dish. Egg curry and rice were definitely stale. Extremely unhygienic dirty washrooms. Not visiting the restaurant again.

Extremely slow service and poor hygiene. Waited 50 minutes for takeaway. Was not informed of the delay in advance. Taste and hygiene was subpar.

Biryani is just useless. Should remove from the menu. No taste pieces are stale. Looks like it is frozen biryani.
