We ,the family, were in the restaurant at 07:45 hrs. after pleasant morning walk at Japanese Garden. Breakfast ordered and wow everything was fast, good and quality was upto the mark, further full worth for money.

Tried everything here. starter , soup, dessert, main course. just amazing.really good food. nice service. pls try once. Quantity is really good and more than enough.

A pretty crowdy restaurant at Sinhagad road, the menu was with many options, but the food taste was ok, ordered veg clear soup , the veggies were not cut properly , ...veg crispy was good in taste, the paneer Tikka was not fully cooked, veg fried rice was good ..overall a ok restaurant

Too much waiting! Taste is not same as the model colony branch. Lift is still under construction. The only good part is service is fast and ambience is amazing 👌🏻

1star because no option to give negative star. So we had a family get together planned for 14 people. The worst experience started just at the entrance. The person standing at the door to take list of guests very rudely asked us whether you would order food immediately after I give you table (4-5 people were yet to reach) but as we had senior citizen and kids with us we requested to allot table so that we may start in the meantime. When confronted for his behaviour,words and tone his reply was “go go ahead I am doing my job”?? Seriously? The nightmare continued at the table. The manager and attendant were least interested in suggesting any dishes to us and when ordered they were serving over our head! Who does this? Had to constantly ask waiter to serve water and food we ordered. Though I would say that food quality was good!! Worst is yet to come…. Now we ordered boat ice cream..took the order after 10mins they come and say order is not possible due to heavy rush (note that he said not possible) I requested that we are ready to wait for even 30 mins but we want it..(as kids were very excited to experience this).. He bluntly said not possible they cannot take the order. Now When I told this to owner as a feedback to improve his services and staff he was the least interested person in understanding the concern and resolving it or even taking a note of it!! So it all starts from the owner I guess,isn’t it? I strongly suggest don’t visit this restaurant if you want welcome service which is impossible here to be achieved. This area I think have better restaurant in terms of service (food quality is equally good). Never visiting it again!

First visit with the hope of trying a new restaurant in the locality was a disappointment as I could not even try food here. As the restaurant is quite empty when I am writing this review by standing outside the restaurant at 9 PM. I was hoping to sit inside the restaurant but because I was alone visiting they have straight away denied me to sit inside and asked me to sit outside dining area. This has never happened with me in any of the restaurants I have visited in many different places. Feel sorry for the owners to have such policies where alone person cannot sit in the dining area inside. Worst kind of service being a newly opened restaurant. Adding a photo to show that there were empty seats inside the AC dining area for sure. And yes absolutely no reason was given to me except that I am dining alone.

Ordered from this place for the very first time. Very disappointed with the quality and taste. Veg crispy felt like eating balls of raw dough. veg crispy I've had in other places is usually very different. Honey chilli potatoes were soggy which is understandable due to delivery but they tasted like they were prepared in a dark room and fried in engine oil and burnt. Basil rice was just bland and no taste at all. Wouldn't recommend this place until they improve their basics.

Was told clearly that you will not get tea on the table because “we just don’t serve tea”. So they don’t want customers. extremely bad attitude. They just want people to come and hog a lot. Will I ever go back again to this restaurant even if I want eat something. Will you ever visit this place if you are treated like this? Sheer arrogance!

Chef don’t understand the note written whn food order online,every time makes spicy instead mention in the note not to make it spicy! Pathetic🤦🏼😵‍💫🤯😤

worst service, worst Staff and worst owner attitude observed!! we had a family dinner planned but was a nightmare due to their service and behaviour never visiting it
