Iya’s Korean Kitchen is such a delightful find! The place has a cozy, homely vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable, and the food is genuinely impressive. Everything tastes fresh, well-balanced, and full of authentic Korean flavors. Some absolute must-try dishes: • Kimchi Jjigae – perfectly spicy, tangy, and deeply comforting. • Bibimbap – beautifully balanced with fresh veggies, gochujang, and a generous portion. • Tteokbokki – chewy rice cakes in a rich, flavorful sauce (comfort food at its best). • Korean Fried Chicken – crispy outside, juicy inside, and coated in addictive sauce. • Kimbap – light, fresh, and great as a starter. • Japchae – glossy sweet potato noodles with veggies, perfectly seasoned and super addictive. • Bungeoppang – warm, fish-shaped dessert with sweet filling, the perfect way to end the meal. The kimchi is perfectly fermented, the sauces are rich and flavorful, and the portions are satisfying without being overwhelming. What really stands out is the warmth of the place - it feels less like a restaurant and more like someone cooking a heartfelt meal for you. Perfect spot for anyone craving comforting Korean food without the over-commercial feel. Highly recommended for both first-timers and hardcore K-food fans. Definitely a place I’d keep going back to!

Server was busy in their own world had a very one word or one liners to answer just to fulfil their responsibilities. Overall a good place. Good food.

I was quiet a bit disappointed with the clarity and the service . Few points which they need to improve considering a small restaurant with limited seating . 1. Clear expectation of offerings- they are available on Zomato for table bookings and offers but the restaurant calls post bookings saying they don’t accept Zomato / Swiggy payments. If that’s the case, restaurant shouldn’t keep such services available in Zomato. 2. Extremely slow service - I didn’t receive my order for more than 30 minutes … not even starter was brought to the table before that. Because of this , I couldn’t eat the ramen and ask them to get it packed . They need to either inform the customer for the expected delay and let them chose an action. So neither I was informed nor I was compensated on such a service . 3. Food delivered - even after taking more than 30 minutes to bring food, kimbap was loosely rolled and not fun to eat . Ramen I had to get packed. But as you know when I will reheat and try to eat it - the noodles will get over cooked , the runny egg will become hard boiled. So my frustration on food delivered it at peak. 4. Owner instead of customers talking loudly: the whole restaurant was listening to the owner’s business plan and all for atleast 30 minutes . It was frustrating and literally gave me headache. She was so loud considering it’s a small space and where the customers were actually maintaining volume. I generally don’t write such long reviews but this place has so many reviews and I wanted to visit it from a long time since in stay in Cantonment area but after arriving the experience was really bad

this is my 7th time to visit this place, previous 6 times it was very good service and good food quantity and quality. this time everything change and very bad and worst. 1. I book through Zomato and once I receive the restaurant the manager said they are not accepting payment through Zomato and only through cash or UPI otherwise I just showing the door to go out. 2. restaurant service attitude and quality it's very good same as old but they said the management change and they are not respect the customer value or anything only valuing their money 3. from the last 6 times the food was good quality and quantity but this time there is no quality and quantity 6. You may able to see the spoons and forks, they haven't keep hygiene, lot of waste accumulated and leave black marks. 7. For the food taste it changed a lot, 7.1. the cucumber Kimchi, doesn't have Kimchi flavor, only chilly powder and pepper powder. 7.2. Bulgogi Slices, just gave only half plate and took full price and haven't stair fried well, some sort of smell coming from the chicken. 7.3. Dolsot Bimbap, poured lot of sauce and gave less rice and vegetables. 7.4. Japchie, glass noodles with prawns, earlier they use to have with small once, now they are giving big and not properly cooked. 8. I came to know they management changed, and they are bringing up new policies, what ever the food they provide, they will give after weighing, but they haven't change the price and no improvement towards of food quality. 9. Finally they haven't allow me to pay through Zomato and they haven't gave any discount and took full price. I will never refer any friend of mine to visit this place and here onwards I'm not wasting single penny to this restaurant anymore. Thank you for understanding

WORST food I’ve ever had. Disgustingly dry sushi and ramen noodles that tasted like Maggie masala. The condiments like kimchi stank and were spoilt. Both veg + non veg were horrendous. Saw a paid Instagram ad that painted an image of a cosy Korean eatery and visited the place. Majorly disappointed. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the most pathetic meal of my life. And the owner had the audacity to say “This is our first week of operations.” When I asked “Haven’t you been running in Baner?”, she said “Yes, since 4 years.” I can’t believe such a place is running since so many years, and even expanding to new branches. Please do not waste your time and money, and avoid Iya’s at all costs. I’ve never been so disappointed with a restaurant. Pune has amazing food, but this, was horrible. Ambience too is a no go.

Worst korean food I have ever tried, ingredients that should not be part of the dishes are added, capsicum, bell peppers raw beans and carrots in KIMBAP!? Korean chicken was chewy and disgusting, stale food overall, complete waste of money and worst experience ever. That too in the newly opened branch in KP. Atleast teach the chef how the dishes are made before actually having them serve the customers.

The service was extremely poor. The waiter had no idea about the dishes and had to call the chef, who also gave incorrect information about the taste. I had to ask for water three times and still waited around 45 minutes for it. The food quality did not justify the price at all. Overall, it felt overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth visiting again.

Rude staff, felt like I'm doing them a service. also they told us that the food will be ready in 15 to 20 mins and when asked after half and hour the cook was like bol do time lagega. it's not about the waiting time atleast don't be rude and be clear. as usual the restaurant forgot how to tend customer after years of eating there and ordering
