Kannu Ki Chai We recently visited Pune's most famous Chai Cafe- Kannu Ki Chai, NIBM outlet. It's a great hangout spot or perfect for quick meetups over their special tea and bun maska. They have outer and inner seating arrangements available. Their service is prompt. They serve around 50+ food items ranging from fries, sandwiches, burgers, maggie, pizzas, brownies, croissants and many more. We loved their signature sandwich, veg extravaganza pizza, veggie toastie and peri peri fries accompanied with guava and pineapple coolers and chocolate brownie shake. We had a delightful experience here. Looking forward to visiting them again to indulge in their chai and bun maska- their speciality and other dishes.

I recently dined at Kannu Ki Chai and had a delightful experience. We ordered a variety of dishes including potato poppers, adrak elaichi chai, mini samosas, and salted fries. The food was fantastic, especially the potato poppers which were crispy and flavorful. The adrak elaichi chai had the perfect blend of spices, and the mini samosas were delicious. The salted fries were also quite tasty. The restaurant was always crowded, which is a testament to its popularity. Despite the crowd, the ambience was pleasant and inviting. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall dining experience. The service at Kannu Ki Chai was quick and efficient. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had a smooth dining experience. In summary, I loved the food at Kannu Ki Chai, and the bustling ambiance added to its charm. The quick service and friendly staff made our visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy delicious snacks and chai.

When you are hungry just go for their signature sandwich, super duper taste, stomach filling. And their Tea ( Adrakwali Chai) is the best. Long chats, short discussions, this is the place to go.

I really like tea with their mini samosa's but this time added too much peri peri masala on it and the prices are also high though. Good place to hangout with you friends.

Updating my review on July 18th 23.. The person at the counter lied thru his nose and was absolutely unprofessional on all grounds.. My wife n son were standing right for atleast 2 mins opp and looking at the menu board on top and he didn't tell them that there are no food items available today. After 2 mins I went to the counter to place an order and then too when I was looking on top 3 people at the counter ( 4:40pm) I am wearing a green t-shirt and specs.. u can check .. not one person had basic courtesy to tell us not to waste our time as u guys did not have the resources. When I asked for a Kathi roll all he and the other guy said was nahi hai... the I kept checking the menu and still basic courtesy of telling us CLEARLY that there are no food items available.. Guess he was having a bad at work but does that warrant him to lie and make a fool out of customers waiting there.. we have time restrictions and we wasted good 15 mins at your place...

45 min time to get a tea. Earlier used to be good but now now. Probably their sales increased and they bought one more shop post that now they aren’t worried for giving any good service or product. Just due to no other tea shops in this area they r able to get auto sales

Pathetic place, the servers are just lost. they mix up the orders multiple times.there is just no proper system in place. had to wait 45 minutes just to get a bottle of water, 2 chai and a readymade pack of shrewberry cookies. the chai tapris are better than this place.

Its used to be good but its not anymore. Service is too slow. Its unclean and unhygienic. Quality of food has degraded and most of the items are out of stock most times.

Used to be really great but the quality has decreased. for a place that has 'Chai' in their name serves really really bad tea.
