Had breakfast and the dinner buffet twice during my stay in hotel royal orchid. The breakfast spread is good with a variety of dishes. Delicious dosas and enjoyed the sabudana vada. The dinner buffet is fairly average and definitely not worth the price. Just one soup, 3 veg curries, 1 pasta, 1 noodles and Chinese curry along with rice and Dal. They do have 1-2 salads and 2 desserts. Surprisingly no starters or drink for a buffet priced at 899 plus taxes. The taste of most items was good. Punjabi curries were decent but I disliked the overcooked pasta with a very liquidy sauce. The dessert was also very average and there was no chocolate desserts on both the days. The service is very poor. Highly understaffed with just 2 people. Most of the times we had to look around for them and they were very confused whenever we asked them for anything. The naan and roti also takes some time, so order it in advance. Overall was experience was decent but I would not recommend including the dinner buffet while booking the room.

I thought it's good hotel and will have a good spread for dinner.. but i was a disappointed. The reception staff didn't even bothered to assist us.. inspite asking where the restaurant is. The serving staff in the restaurant was ok but here again the reception people had no clue about anything related to restaurant . Definitely not the place to celebrate an occasion .. OK types for regular dinner but then the charges are not worth of. There is parking available but you to find out your own the guard won't help you. Food 2 * Ambiance 2.5 Service 2

We had food at Kasba - Royal Orchid Golden Suites. Just one word to describe this place. Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! The entire restaurant was empty when I visited on Saturday 28/8/21. Yet the service was extremely slow. Food is equally pathetic like their service. I ordered 3 starters. In my Veg Manchurian Dry I got a complimentary peice of stone inside the dish. We left and didn't order anything else. When I asked for the bill they didn't apply the Dineout 25% off offer. Eventually after asking a couple of times they gave Dineout discount. Just avoid this place and save your time.

The taste was good but options were very less compared to the buffet charges. Plus service charges were applied for the buffet where it was self service. when we asked for removing the service charges they said then the charges will be increased by 400 per person. this thing ruined the experience for us. will never go there again though loved the food there.

We visited on Friday for team lunch and it turned out a bad choice. Poor taste and half cooked starters. Paneer tikka was just planner marinated in masala. Rest all food also had no taste. Need to improve at least on taste ,if options can't be increased. Very slow service for starters which are served on the table considering a buffet place.

Half cooked corn starter, Paneer tikka - hard paneer and very less tandoor. Overall a pathetic Friday team lunch experience.Will not recommended or visist again. Slow service in veg starter serving.

I went there for buffet arragnement is good but taste is very bad, Food quality is not so good need to improve a lot.
