The overall food and ambience is good. We choose this restaurant because the rate of this restaurant is affordable but now there is an unknowing increase in rate as the owner has been changed according to staff and the food quality has reduced substantially.

We walked in for lunch and the staff took order and after 30 mins the waiter came to our dear served one dish and then mentioned sorry sir the dish your ordered is not available. Not sure they waited so long to just turn me down. And the staff just walk off as if they are least bothered about the customer experience. A big thumbs down

Worst place ever. Half of the items in the menu were not available. Ordered and waited for more than 1 hour for pasta and a burger. Had ordered veg pasta and when they finally served us after several nagging that too only pasta. it was chicken pasta when we had made sure while ordering it was veg. the manager didn't even apologize and said it was the chef's mistake. paid 500rs for the worst cold coffee that looked like milk served in the worst cutlery. id rather die of hunger than ever step in this awful ridiculous over priced rude place!!!!!!

My all time favorite place in Pune. Food is excellent. Service is swift, polite, non-intrusive. Thru don't charge a service charge, so we always leave a tip for the staff. I've visited this place at least 25 times with my daughter, her friends, extended family etc. Not once was I disappointed. The sitting is cute with an indoor and outdoor option. Really I have zero complaints. One point on improvement - the washroom could be better maintained.

The service at Kelly’s is quite nice though there are very little veg options and the caramel tart I bought was extremely bitter. Had to throw it away.

We ordered hazelnut mocha, Pina colada, full English breakfast and pancakes. Everything was so tasty and the service was also pretty fast. A good cafe for a Saturday brunch.

Can I come straight to the point? The Popcorn Drink on your menu is BADDDDD! Love the space, love the ambiance, and the staff is interactive and polite. Loved the Cappucino (I did not drink it but it sure looked yum!) On a haunch, stumbled upon this item on the menu which said 'Popcorn Drink'. My good fellas, I don't know how that disgusting drink crept onto your menu. It was a collective review of all 4 of us at the table that the drink was, simply put, DISGUSTING! Popcorn and Coke are the best combo as an individual entity but put them together in a glass and it's by far the worse beverage I've ever tried. I can never watch a movie with a tub of popcorn and a glass of Coke without remembering this godforsaken beverage. It was so bad that we had to play a game at the table and the loser had to chug the entire drink. And guess what, I lost. :P Trust me, the flavor is still on my tongue after 14 hours, and it's just bringing bad memories. Having said that, your place is lovely. Love the decor and I noticed that you have a reading corner, so expect me to drop in soon. It is quite a drive from my house but still. Hoping to come by soon for some grub too! Until then, see if you can replace the Popcorn drink with something worthy.

Not a work friendly place, was told wifi is for staff use only. Order didn’t arrive even after an hour. Had to order food at home as it was too late. Please let the customers know if you cannot provide the food on time instead of taking orders back to back and serving not even a single dish!!! so that they can dine elsewhere. Spoiled my weekend.

Very bad service waited for 1 and a half hour they kept on taking orders, did not serve even one dish. Staff was not at all friendly , please dont waste your time going to this place, food isnt great as well
