Been here a gazillion times- this outlet is in the SGS mall stones throw from my house in Camp. It is good to do a dine in here- you get H&S, hot and crispy as it is supposed to be. There would be a crunch to the bite too if you please. On the other hand if you order from here delivery/ pick up them you had it and they'll take you for a ride.

I have order burger but bymistakelly instead of delivered I have press takeaway I was requesting to them send some delivery boy who can placed my order but they denied after that i told them to refund my money but no response such frauds people's are there I am asking for refund that's it SGS MALL KFC ALL FRAUDS ARE WORKING THERE SHAME ON THEM SUCH A BIG BEGGERS😡😡😡😡

The taste of the burger was not good. Taste less chicken, less quantity, food was not hot, staff was not wearing blue gloves when making burger, when informed to staff, they were careless, said manager not here. This was really bad experience, need to c the change and let me know what action taken. Will really appreciate to talk to some one higher management.

This is the worst possible KFC restaurant i have been too. There are only 2 staff members working, how are they possible to do everything. You need to employee more people. I had been waiting for 30 minutes for someone to attend to me no one did. No online payment taken here. WHY!!!! Something needs to be done about this or will take strict action

I m order on Zomato ... Order given me 2hours latter..because resturant is not responsive 2 hours delayed order given to dilvery boy .... .?Don't order SGS MALL KFC BAD SERVICE...

This restaurant is very pathetic. They keep you waiting for more 2hrs but will not deliver order. Never visit or order from this restaurant

Pathetic service. Never visit this place. Staff plays a monopoly here, very ill mannered. BETTER VISIT MC DONALDS ON THE 1st floor.

then is not fried well, it's all black inside & cold aswell, t's a tasteless burger I've ever tried. bread also not fresh.
