I was so glad to see a familiar fast-food brand in an unknown locality, and a great one at that. The food is ofcourse standard, but I really liked the outlet as a whole.  It's not a part of a food court, but is located in a standalone building, the height of which could certainly be turned into a 2 storey restaurant, but they haven't done that, so you get really high ceilings, which are just fancy to look at. The  decor is pretty KFC-esque, with their Reds and Whites, '11 herbs and spices' and their best kept secret proudly taking up an entire wall. There's a stairway which is pretty long, resembling a stairway to heaven/secret area in gaming culture, but it's access is restricted to customers. Overall, I got really happy vibes from the outlet, and they have earned an almost perfect score in the ambience department.  We tried their CLASSIC ZINGER MEAL, SPICY ZINGER and 4 PIECE FRIED CHICKEN. The burgers were lovely, the latter much better than its simple cousin. I am not the one to root for spicy food, but the spicy Mayo is just soo much better than the regular one.  KFC being known for one thing, i.e fried chicken, surpirsed me by making us wait for over 20 minutes for our order of fried chicken! This hasn't ever happened before, but on the bright side, we got out hands on piping hot, super crispy and deliciously juicy poultry meat! Would have loved a bit more of their secret spice mix sprinkled over the fried chicken, for an extra kick, but it surely was 'finger licking good'! Happy Burping!!!

Pathetic service, it’s international brand but very disappointing service , staff is not bother about customers , online orders always delayed. Never ever visit again or order online.

Worst service premium rates, local service i have order through zomato they took 1.5 hr to handover to zomato guy
