Pathetic dine-in experience at the Kharadi KFC due to awful mismanagement. Firstly, I didn’t receive a bill at the time of placing my order. Even after I asked for it, it was issued to a different person’s name and phone number. Next, my order was given 20 minutes after I placed the order so the 7-minutes express pickup service was not adhered to. The food served at Kharadi KFC continues to be a disappointment. The hot wings here are never seasoned and even after I asked them to add some seasoning, they barely added any. The Chizza was barely cooked properly and so underwhelming especially after costing almost Rs. 300. Overall, it was a total waste of Rs. 830. Never ordering from here again.

After placed order on Zomato orders not get prepared till 45 minutes and when contacted to Zomato delivery partner he is telling there was shortfall of the item which you had ordered and you can change the item or contact customer support team After speaking customer support team got suggestions for canceling the order its too embarrassing as Zomato is charged additional 100 plus rs for different charges for order.

I went to buy 4 buckets and the staff was very rude. especially the manager he was not at all customer centric, he was very bad and spoke badly with staff and customers. PLEASE AVOID THIS JOINT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. ITS BETTER GO NEXT DOOR TO MCDONALD'S. I shall write this review in all fourams as well

Very poor service. Gave my order to some other rider without checking the order number and i never received my order. Reluctant to get on call to admit their fault

Always one or the other item is missing. KFC Workers should be responsible enough to check whether all the ordered items are packed and delivered properly or not.

Kfc keeps rejecting the orders this happened with me third time. Late orders all the time and delivery takes 45mins. It's really annoying.

Just visited KFC, Absolute waste of money, the patty in my burger was not even half of the size of the burger bun. Money wasted.
