worst worst worst branch of kfc . undri branch is worst . i ordered last night around 8:30 and it shows that our order will receive at 9 bt the delivery partner which they appoint not moving from his position . they appoint fake delivery partner and they didnt give our order . we call them and they put our call on hold . the staff is very bad . and the quality of food is also bad it was always under cooked . worst service worst staff

It’s the second time the staff sent the burnt chicken. Today again I ordered Chicken Popcorn large but the chicken batter was burnt. Last time also they sent the leftover chicken popcorn with small crumbs only….thought of giving another try with them. But again disappointment. Zero rating.

they took double payments. once from gpay n I also had to pay cash. coz their net was not working. for refund I have to wait 7 to 10 days. staff too much attitude. no ac. took my email id however no emai. never ever visiting undri kfc. horrible experience

please. this is the second time i order leg peices. but i received whatever they packed as shown in pic. no dip. also worng item. if the items are not available, please inform customer. also we all work for money.

pathetic staff, very rude and arrogant. delay in service. In such hot weather they refused to put on the ac. very bad service . will never come again
