The food was good even on weekend,the order was ready in just 2min. The staff was very polite and it was just for ₹250,for a single person its more than enough. But it was very crowded and there was no seating area, as they share the seatings with other restaurants. Whats there-lemon krusher,chicken breast, two chicken longer and reg.chicken popcorn.

This outlet is loctaed in senapati bapat road pune ... This outlet is too good .. The food is too good ... And fresh and yummy .... I have ordered chicken popcorn ...... It was amazing ... They were amazing and delicious.....

This was disappointment! I ordered value burger spicy, expecting the chicken inside burger suppose to taste spicy instead of that they just added some spicy tomato sauce. I suggest not to try this as there is just a small chicken piece with grated cabbage and sweet and spicy tomato sauce. Complete waste of money.

So we know how kfc talks about their "super secret spice" formula, well apparently it's such a well guarded secret they don't even put it on the wings. The chicken was dryer than the most arid portions of the Sahara desert. I feel bad for the poor chicken who had to give up it's life only to end up as an utterly disgusting piece of food. Even in death, the treatment it got was simply undeserving. And I'm pretty sure the oil that these people were using for frying was sourced from some impoverished third world country, because I could taste the torture that was imbued in it as a result of some poor man working his body off and ultimately succumbing to the exertion.. The staff should be ashamed for even thinking of putting such trash food on the plates of customers, but seeing how they handled the food while serving gave of the impression that they never really cared. This gave me the impression that these people were either grade a sadists, or the vehement forces of capitalism have rendered them into empty husks of skin unable to feel empathy for the human species. I write this review as there's a nasty chemical reaction brewing up in my stomach, as a result of me making the horrible decision of spending an exorbitant amount to eat the equivalent of what tasted like fungal fecal matter. I might not even be alive tomorrow, but I hope people read this review and think about their own life, their loved ones, and not go to this absolutely horrible excuse of an eatery which is ruining a perfectly good spot in an otherwise very good mall, and end up losing their life in the least exciting way possible. That's about it. Time to write my will.

This is the 2nd time it's happened. The fries were ice cold , stale and rubbery... The restaurant doesn't take any responsibility for sub standard food. We ordered 2 items...one was fresh and warm and the other was stale and cold. It was a horrible experience and a total waste of money because we had to throw away the fries ordered.

On a sunday rush, they kept their one ordering machine off and when asked about the machine, the staff casually says to complaint about it online. The burger and the fries were absolutely cold and dry. Avoid going on weekends.

worst food experience ever. took zinger rolls and fries. zinger rolls were so stale that it felt as it it was 3 days old. chicken was super chewy and tastless. fries were all burnt. WASTE of money and time.

Very slow service. As well Fastest order serving on the earth. 😂 Note- Person can order a burger and get shopping done then come here and wait for 15 min. Your order will be ready .

Worst outlet of KFC. Chicken isn’t fresh and it’s smelly. The Pepsi was flat and weird flavour. Don’t even think of going here.
