This outlet is loctaed in r deccan mall ... This outlet is too good .. The food is too good ... And fresh .... I have ordered fries .. They were amazing and delicious.....

The AC was not working and the staff did not care about it even after I asked to turn it on. Overall experience was okay and not that great just because of this issue. Better use takeaway option and avoid dine in.

Arrogant staff.. not speaking and giving information properly . They picked the pieces which felt down and put them back again in the tray.. i saw this! When asked they did not reply..

Title: "Pathetic Dine-in Experience – Never Visiting This KF ‘Shit’ Again" I had one of the most frustrating dine-in experiences at this KFC outlet — and I’m absolutely done with this place. Date of visit: 02/05/2025 | Time: 08.30 pm (Please take note of the staff working during this shift — they need serious accountability.) 1. The self-ordering kiosk was out of order, so I had to place the order at the counter. But to my shock, they don’t even accept online payment at the counter. In 2025, this is ridiculous. 2. The Pepsi they served had a weird, off-putting taste. It didn’t even resemble the original. Not sure what went wrong, but it wasn’t safe or standard. 3. One of the burger buns was completely different from the usual — strange texture and taste. Not sure if it was stale or just made of poor-quality ingredients. 4. A 4-piece crispy chicken bucket was advertised visually, but when I asked for it at the counter, the staff said it's not available in their system. Instead, they manually punched in 4 separate pieces — likely charging more. Why advertise what you can't sell? 5. I ordered the 5-piece Smoky Grilled Chicken bucket, and it took 25 minutes to arrive. No update, no apology. Just radio silence. 6. Our table was filthy. The previous customer's waste was still lying there. We complained multiple times, but no one came to clean it — not even after reminders. 7. The order-taking staff was reluctant, irresponsible, and flat-out inconsiderate. No urgency, no manners, no professionalism. They clearly didn’t care about customer service. This wasn’t just a bad meal — it was an embarrassing experience. I’m never again, NEVER EVER, stepping foot into this KF 'Shit'.

Disgraceful food from KFC and i cannot even begin to tell you how much it hurts to say it. I ordered a Chicken Zinger and i received a chicken burger which by the way was stale and ice cold. The order had 2 peri peri strips and one chicken popcorn. the food sent to me was probably something that was just made and kept 2 hours ago. As usual Zomato dosnt give a damn. And the restaurant will never do anything about it. Pathetic experience.

It’s very very hot here….no AC…kitchen is on full AC so the colleagues doesn’t bothers for customers… Very very bad service
