This is about your new staff member Kunal. I have been coming regularly to the same branch for almost a year now. You can check my order history. Recently the staff changed and the quality of the whole branch has gone down terribly. The last time I was at same branch, there were flies inside the chicken bucket of another customer and pointed out to Kunal that the hygiene is very bad and he needs to take care. He acted very rude and didn’t pay any heed to my complaint. I had captured photos of the unclean setup but ignored and let the incident pass because of my loyalty to the branch. Fast forward to today, I had an extremely bad experience again with the same staff member Kunal. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited patiently at the table. When I saw no progress after 10 minutes, I went to the counter and asked him why the order was so delayed. He checked and found my printed order receipt fallen there , he had missed my order. I asked him did u not start yet? He rudely replied that I had just placed my order. I told him no it’s been 10 minutes and you didn’t see it. I was angry and told him he needs to do better customer service, even last time u didn’t behave properly. He started shouting he was seeing me for the first time and I was lying. He took out my 4 piece hot n crispy and fries first. I told him that the fries were very cold and I had specifically asked for hot fries. He took the fries back and kept my chicken just lying there while he was working on the fries. Since there was no other staff never, i took the chicken myself to my 5 year old. He came back and started assaulting me for taking the chicken. I told him the chicken was turning cold and my rest of the order were independent components he could give separately like pepsi and popcorn chicken. I didn’t want my kid to eat ice cold chicken. He was super angry and started shouting very rudely at me. I warned him I have already tolerated his bad behaviour once before and will not take it again. The other staff members tried to calm him but he kept shouting and assaulting me. I have never had such a bad experience at any of the KFC outlets. I want you to take note of this experience and ensure this staff member receives basic customer service training. Its one thing to not speak in English and alleged to shout loudly at a customer while not accepting ur mistake.

WORST place n food Moment you enter KFC kothrud, you realise how unhygienic it is. Tables are unclean, service super slow Food - Plain chicket, fried with outer layer, doesn’t taste good Price - very high for the food offered While we were having food, standee fell down just next to one customer with huge bang Surprisingly no one from staff bothered to even check if customer was safe Pathetic, will NEVER visit KFC again

The restaurant delivers wrong orders and doesn't bother to compensate. I was very keen to have a chicken classic Zinger burger. I waited forever to get the order. On receiving it, I realised that it was a wrong order. Then instead of eating it, I had to click pictures and notify Zomato and the restaurant to send the correct order. But it was a useless activity as neither Zomato nor the restaurant helped me out.

Counter people are rude and add wrong mobile numbers of customers on the bills so that customers will not give reviews. pathetic staff and food is really spicy...
