I had a really wonderful experience at KFC Spot 18. The outlet is spacious, clean, and very well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. The staff here are extremely courteous, quick to respond, and attentive, which makes the overall service smooth and welcoming. The food was served fresh, hot, and with the same signature taste that KFC is known for. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the burgers and sides were delicious and well-prepared. I also noticed that hygiene is given top priority, from the kitchen area to the dining tables, which really adds to the comfort of the visit. The service speed was impressive even during busy hours, and the team ensured that every customer was taken care of without delay. Great experience ordering through Zomato! The food arrived fresh, well-packed, and on time. The app is easy to use, with clear tracking and multiple payment options. Customer support was also very responsive. Highly recommend

This is the most pathetic outlet of KFC out of almost 35-40 outlets I visited in life. And this experience is not a one time experience but, each time since last 6 years. I had to visit here frequently because it's near home. Staff is always overwhelmed with work, leadership leading this outlet really needs to look into it. Even roadside joints operate better than this outlet. Suggestion: Visit nearby outlets such as Dange Chowk, Westend mall etc. to keep your calm and to have a better experience.

we order worth of 707 literally in peri peri strip there was no peri peri, staff was rude and our order was ready on counter he didn't call our no. such a rude and unprofessional behavior of staff the way staff was looking when. we complaint was like we are eating for free most unprofessional staffs in kfc spot 18 pune . Date: 7/1/25

Ordered veg crisper burger for kids when I wasn't at home. The patties were burnt. How can you serve burnt food in the first place. As I wasn't at home, I couldn't even take a photo of the burnt food. So, didn't even get a refund for my order. You have now lost a regular customer.

The taste is pretty average.But the biggest red flag here is the staff is ignorant and was not ready to coperate.It took 40 mins to prepare my order,even when there were few people.Need to improve man power and quality of staff.
