The food was delicious and yummy. The service was quite fast as compared to the previous services I receive. The crowd was not at all good. The staff members were kind and treated me well. The food was cheap. Rice bowl is the most delicious item.

It is our hangout place as my friends workplace is nearby. The staff is very quick and cooperative. The place is crowded during the weekends. Our regukar orders include: Mingles bucket Loaded fries Rice bowl with chicken popcorn meal

This outlet is loctaed in pacific mall pune ... This outlet is too good .. The food is too good ... And fresh and yummy .... I have ordered chicken tikka ...... It was amazing ... They were amazing and delicious.....

Hands down the worst KFC outlet in all of Pune. The staff is so casual and exploitive that while you order they'll purposely try to cheat you by selecting the wrong items and when you ask them to repeat and correct them they'll say they can't do anything now as the bill is about to be generated. What hypocrisy is this? Who asked you to generate the bill without confirmation? These cheaters will do their best to see that you do not get benefit from the offers. They also keep their ORDER MACHINE BROKEN most of the time --- please always order through this machine so that these people don't cheat you.

Worst KFC EXPERIENCE. THEY SERVE STALE AND UNCOOKED CHICKEN. HAD ORDERED DOUBLE DOWN. WORST CHICKEN EATEN TILL DATE. STALE RAW CHICKEN. ASKED THE EXECUTIVE TO CHANGE THE FOOD. EXECUTIVE REPLIED THE FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THIS AND I CANT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE. THE CHICKEN WAS VISIBLY RED AND CHEWY. INSTEAD OF COOKED CHICKEN

Very bad service. Firstly they don't have a cashier and force to order from the kiosk. I ordered smoky chicken and after ordering they told me it would take 30 mins. They don't have cancellation as well. I had to take the burger instead.

I am pro plus member, I ordered pro plus member and they deliver half order of 6 piece only....this is frustrating...please reply me asap
