even though very crowded, staff was very arrogant and were taking there own sweet time. I ordered a chicken popcorn and the order when shown on the screen as ready, it was kept on the side near the payment area as it was only one alall thing and I had to wait for forty five minutes and after we asked the staff whose that was, they ignored us! I got fed up and after checking the bill number, i realised the order was just mine. it was pathetic that they didn't even call our my number The outlet was in the food court on the second floor of phoenix mall.

employees are ignorant. customers are standing on the line but they are doing their share of discussion on how to take orders. inexperienced at all, poor knowledge of handling devices. They take orders too slow even if the queue is long. Don't recommend this place

It was a very bad experience as it's delayed by 2-3 hours, and the staff and managers are very aggressive and had bad behaviour and were very bad to see please don't go to this outlet also if possible please escalate this to higher management

Already it mentioned 45 mins at the time of placing the order. However it took more than that and mentioned sorry in delay we are preparing your order. Worst time management KFC👎
