Food was okay.. They sent expired solkadhi but after telling them, they delivered fresh solkadhi to me.. So i was happy.. Taste 3/5 Packaging 4/5

Worst restaurant service and food! I ordered dal tadka, bhindi masala and jeera rice via Zomato. After few min, I received a call that they don't have bhindi masala and said they will replace it with lasooni methi. Oil was floating on all the food items. Food was overloaded with oil. It seems they added one full red chilli packet in lasooni methi and as a courtesy half packet in dal tadka. I was not able to eat the food because of red chilli and oil. Lasooni methi vegetable was in dark red-brown colour. I couldn't see methi in it. Dal tadka didn't have dal, it was full of water and red chilli. Very sad to see that I have wasted my hard earned money on such food. I would request everyone not to place any order at this restaurant. P.S. You might need medical assistance after eating their food.

I ordered one dal khichdi, thecha wati & chapati online. After confirming the order i received the call from Hotel and they said they currently dont have thecha wati so they will return back my money through delivery boy. When i received my parcel delivery boy said he will not pay return money to me. I took hotel team on conference call and they said they forgot to return my money. I have seen this happening 4th time. Seems like kind of fraud. If restaurant is not having some items they should remove the item from menu or Zomato as a delivery medium should take responsibility for money return. Both restaurant and zomato deserves bad ratings for such nonprofessional behavior.....

i ordered foot 1 and half hr ago. still not delivered. can u please tell me why?i m trying to call to reach restaurant and they aren't answering.  I want immediate action on this issue.

Extremely poor service and inspite of asking for lemon and onion they didn't add. Stay away from such cheats
