#kolhapuripahunchaar #foodtasting many of u have heard about kolhapuri pahunchaar located in pcmc link road. so one time when dahlia lobo called me for tasting here i was all the more ready to try it and give my kind of verdict to the owner! when i entered i spoke to the owner abt the table to be conducted there as i was the first to enter the restro! (enthucutlet like me) i was seated upstairs as i waited for others to join me! ambience wise its a cozy set up with ac fan n cooler all 3 working together! the best part that there was a biggest kolhapuri chappal hanging there which gave me some funniest thoughts of using it!😂😂😂 any ways!! as i was seated i was served sol kadhi which was the need of the hour! supper taste . the spice n tangy flavour blew my mind in the heat. as i spoke to the owners i came to know that they have started 2 unlimited thaalis from monday to friday. so we started the table discussing abt. it! so we had:- chicken dhangar thaali:- the name it self describes it! chicken flavourful with corriender seeds prep! taste wise i personally found it okiish coz i dont like corriender seeds full in my mouth while eating! spice levels at par . i could eat it! means it was gud in spice. chicken malwani thaali:- i loved the prep! the masalas we well marinated but the chicken was over cooked. so by the time it got cold it tasted like spiced rubber! thats wht went wrong! did inform the owner n he said that he will take care of it. special mutton thaali:- one of the best mutton thalis i have seen or had! the kheema prep was awesome. tasty n full of flavours! mutton was fallin of the bone which i could see. n the gravy was so flavourful went well with the rice. paneer lababdaar:- we had a veg taster too! so called for paneer lababdar which the owner practically vouched for it! n it wasas he told! tasty! the paneer was soft coated with cornflour n maida n fried n was put in in a tangy n spicy gravy! supper yumm. chapati- the best part is they have bhakri n chapattis! made in house! soft n hot hot. rice:- i love hogging on this rice! indrayani rice with a ghee n jeera tadka! i actually finished of all the rice in every ones plate😂😂😂 they have a rule for unlimited thallis. if u dont finish every thing given in the thaali u have to pay 100 rupees as fine. they also have toys which we used to play in 90s. over all the fud was gud, cordial owner. do visit at least once for ur own experience.

We were in Chinchwad for shopping and looking for a good thali. We came across this restaurant. The ambiance was okay but not great. I preferred the veg thali over the non-veg thali. The chicken thali was served hot, and the service was excellent, with the staff accommodating our specific requests. Overall, it was a good experience. A slight improvement in the ambiance would be beneficial, especially since we visited on a hot day, and the open-sided layout combined with an ineffective fan didn't help control the heat.

Food was awesome. Friendly staff. We order chicken special thali and egg thali. Both thalis's were delicious and rassa quality was good. We visited there 2nd outlet which has has plenty of space for car parking and dining

This was my third visit, but I still didn’t get the desired improvement, especially since this is a Kolhapuri non-veg restaurant. Your first priority should be focusing on Sukha/Masala Mutton. Unfortunately, the mutton was not properly cooked, which is a basic requirement. Secondly, the masala was not fried or cooked well. The Tambada Rassa was completely tasteless. I don’t think this is the fault of the owner or the staff, but the owner should personally check the taste of the rassa to identify the issue. Additionally, please ensure that both Tambada Rassa and Pandhara Rassa are served hot. They should not be lukewarm or medium hot. This is a simple yet crucial aspect that needs attention. On the positive side, the Pandhara Rassa was as great as always. The chapati/bhakri was well-cooked, and the dahi kanda was perfect. The service, treatment, and behavior of the staff, including the booking personnel, were excellent and reflected great understanding. If you can address these basic issues, it will truly enhance the overall experience.

Special Chicken thali.. for 360 Rs u get only 4 small piece chicken and half egg rest all is jus watery gravy and pandhra n tambda rassa n solkadi....taste okok.

Not even close to any Kolhapuri dish.. very mild in taste … overall average in taste.. good for people who want to avoid spicy dishes.

Mutton was half cooked. No taste at all. Bad experience this time. Chicken was tasteless and too spicy. Mutton and Chicken was full of masala. नुसती आग निघत होती. Tasteless Chapati and Indrayani rice. Wasted ₹. 1543/- Overall experience: VERY BAKWAS SUGGESTION: PLEASE MAINTAIN STANDARD AS IT WAS 2 YEARS BACK.

Very poor service & unprofessional staff. staff needs to work on their bad attitude towards customers. they always serve cold Gravy (Rassa)
