I visited this place with my friends, and to be fair, I have no complaints about the food or the ambience , they were both great. However, the overall experience was completely overshadowed by the staff’s behavior. Throughout our meal, the staff kept coming to our table repeatedly, asking if we wanted anything else or subtly implying that we should finish up soon. This made us feel extremely rushed and uncomfortable. It didn’t stop there.The manager himself came over multiple times asking if we were done. At one point, a staff member hurriedly tried to clear our plates while my friend was still eating and almost snatched the plate away without even apologizing. This was unacceptable. When we requested the removal of the service charge, the manager reacted very unprofessionally,he snatched the bill from my hand and was rude even when we asked for a simple water refill. When we confronted him about the behavior, he responded in a disrespectful tone, saying, “Itna der koi thodi baithta hai.” For context, we had ordered appetizers, drinks, and mains, and spent a completely reasonable amount of time for such a meal. Dining out isn’t just about eating quickly,it’s also about spending time with friends and having conversations. Being rushed like this defeats the entire purpose of going out. What was most disappointing was the manager’s complete lack of accountability or remorse. In the hospitality industry, basic courtesy and respect are non-negotiable. I would strongly urge the management to take this feedback seriously and look into this behavior, especially since several other reviews seem to highlight similar issues. Appropriate action should be taken to ensure that no other customers have to go through such an experience.

I made a reservation via Zomato and informed the same to the restaurant upon arrival. However, I was recommended the 495 meal course offer without advising that my Zomato pre booking offer could not be applied on this meal. Upon escalating to the manager, he advised that it is not the restaurant’s to inform of such notices when making recommendations or placing orders but only at the time of payment it was the right time to inform the customer and that all customers should read all T&C’s themselves when placing orders. Also, even upon asking if my 4 year old was supposed to be booked for a 495 meal, I was clearly told by the one taking order upon confirmation from his superior that ‘if the child is eating, she needs to be booked for a full adult meal and pay exactly the same amount’ irrespective of how much she eats. However, the manager told me at the time of billing that was incorrect information. It seems like the restaurant is only responsible for sharing information at the time of bill payment as they are only interested in taking huge amounts of money unfairly by sharing incorrect information all throughout and having the audacity to say it is the customer’s responsibility to read all fine prints and restaurants are only responsible for sharing information at the time of bill payment. Cherry on the top of this experience was my that my 4 year old ended up vomiting all the little food she ate at this restaurant at the restaurant itself, highlighting the quality of food served. Pathetic place, never visiting again and sharing with in person with all my known faces.

I usually never leave bad reviews and specially not a believer if someone’s job is affected by just one review, but this needs to be highlighted: The food was good and most of the staff were polite, but the overall experience was unfortunately impacted by the rudeness of the manager, Pranav. We initially requested seating downstairs due to a height concern, but this was dismissed with an unnecessary personal remark and we were made to wait about 15 minutes before being reseated upstairs despite arriving on time. Service was quite slow (understaffed). Our first order took around 30 minutes, which we understood given it was a buffet night, but the second order never arrived despite multiple follow ups. What was most disappointing was: while we were still waiting for our pending order, he approached us and in a raised voice said: “you have been seated for two hours and that the kitchen is closed.” The tone was highly unprofessional. Wouldn’t want to visit again because of him.

Extremely disappointing for a place that charges premium prices. Reached at 8 PM, waited 30–40 minutes for food, and by 8:45 PM we were already being asked to vacate the table despite having untouched dishes. Being rushed out after such delays is just unacceptable. Hygiene was equally poor flies hovering around the table and food, and the staff didn’t bother even after being informed. This isn’t my first visit, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently the same snarky, dismissive staff who make it feel like they’re doing you a favour. To top it off, payment details were announced loudly across the restaurant. For bills consistently above ₹2500, the experience feels completely subpar. Overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth it.
