Have always been to Kalyani Ngr outlet, but this one in Kharadi Nafar Road is recently made. Excellent ambience, live music. Food was amazing, we ordered Veg Manchurian, Kwality Special subzi and Rotis, all well-cooked and tasty and very similar taste like Kalyani Ngr. Rotis could have been more big, I feel. Drinks and sidings were well priced If you want to enjoy with friends, you have open section and if you need family space, there are 2 other sections, ground and first floor. Staff and Manager were very courteous Must visit place again for me

I had gone there for dinner with 14 adults and 3 children. I had informed them that i had ordered a starter a day before from them and it was salty. and they must reduce the salt in the food. I was assured they will. Also I had informed them and booked table for dinner. When I went there I was treated will but apart from that all other things were bad. Below are the points. 1) Staff not well trained. They were struggling while serving food. Forget about food but water was also not served on time. I had to continuously as for water and the water was not in the restaurant. They use to go to the kitchen every time i asked for water. 2) As I said I had given a prior notice that the food was salty earlier and they should reduce salt in their food The food was still salty. 3) With starters comes Chatny. (Mint and Curd Sause). This chuttny was served to us after the starters were over and the starter plates were cleared. 4) We had occupied 3 tables as we were 14 adults and 3 children. But the Onion and Lemons were served in two small plates. Which were so less in quantity that one plate had only four to five rings of Onion which was sufficient only for 2 people. The Staff did not have any Calculations on the same. 5) The Staff here was confused and is not trained to serve a large guest size on a single table. 6) I have been to other Kwality Outlets and the food tastes good there. At this outlet the food taste was on the lover side of average. 7) The staff was too pushy on increasing the quantity of dishes, even though of me telling them that this would be enough. Their aim was to increase the billing. eventually I had to get two leftover Biryanis Parceled back home. I am sure I am never ever going back to this restaurant.

Staff over there are not trained,especially lady manager! Who manage family section, I order there them specialty chiken tangdi kabab and one beer and obviously one water bottle it took half hour to bring not starter beer I m saying, 🤣 so i ping manager about mistake, @ that point I complaint other gents manager who came there who bring beer for me in 3 mins, and stater in 10 min max. Before that in 40 mins table was not cleaned we seated there people who are there previous their dirty dishes were still there 😁 After wards me and wife finish stater we order before as we know they take time due to heavy crowd its ok we xam understand that! But catch is here I order one more beer! And main course they have taken other half hour to bring my beeer😠😡 Cmon man beer is ready made, nor u people make After wards @fter 30 mins means from my seating to table to these point nt taken 2 hours till id isn't get main course, I enquire lady mananger for it she was questing me why you are unsatisfied, and questioning me all d way! I just say listen lady It has taken 2 hours for only beer who were ready in fridge of yours and one thing stater I got thanx for it now I want to cancel every thing want to go home, gents manger came and say u can't cancel sorry from our side for delay He was polite and good but lady mangaer says you should take time to go out for dinner, 👺👺👹 We said @ that time if it should not cancel pack in 5 mins we will carry it & will eat @ home. Moral of story Don't ever visit quwaity restaurant especially family section these is my second experience with them, so putting a review! Even not mine seen people struggling to get orders, 🤯🤯🤯 These is called paise deke bhi apni chodna!

This restaurant hygiene is very pathetic I had ordered chicken biryani from this restaurant however there was a rat poop … I have attached in the photos😒 It was worst experience

very pathetic.... don't at all go to this restaurant....10 percentage discount on food is not given ..waiter said Zomato 10 percent discount is not available
