Great food, good quality and quantity. Manager Awatar Singh helped us select the best options!

Food is good, but it takes time to get to the table. Just one steward and waiter, for all of the ground floor. Looked quite under staffed. Butterscotch ice cream was just flavoured, vanilla. Casatta ice cream, order was taken but not there. Valet parking, had to search for the attendant. One of our favourites, now falling short of expectations. please fix soon.

Recently we have visited the outlet. We were group of 12 people and have done table bookings prior to visit. Staff were friendly and provided good suggestions on food. However there was delay in serving the food which can have been quick considering there were no many guests/customers at restaurant.

A complete waste of time and money at Kwality, Magarpatta. Despite having central AC, it was totally ineffective, and they were relying on fans to keep the place bearable. Most items on the menu were not available, and whatever we could order took forever to arrive. To top it off, they added extra items to our bill that we never even ordered and had to fix it 3 times. Double-check your bill before you pay. Will never step in here again!

i was served burnt roti... and on complaint, they said that's how tandoori is served... from one side it should be black completely and it was burnt from both ends as well. i have been there several times... but this burnt roti. won't recommend at all

Very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor — tasteless, poorly cooked, and not fresh at all. For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. Definitely not recommended if you care about good food

Staff was not paying attention. No. of people in staff was quite low. It seemed that starter dishes were already prepared.
