Chicken quality and cheese quality is not so good. I eat lapinoz pizza 3 to 4 times in Delhi it's taste is so good.. Bt this BBQ pizza is average.

I visited la pinos pizza store in spot18, pimple Saudagar, Pune outlet on 14th May 2023. I am extremely unhappy with the ugly experience. First thing, I was served cold garlic bread sticks. When I asked the cashier ( I think his name was Rahul) was not agreed and did not replace them. I did not eat them fully. Was absolutely not happy with his attitude. Instead of feeling sorry he touched it and was saying that no one till now complained about it. Any relation between no one complained and I complained. Second thing, in the menu there was a cheese dip included, they did not give. He argued on the same. He was leaving the desk without listening, then i had to shout to make him listen, he shown attitude again. Then he gave the dip. At last I explained him and another girl on cashier desk that why other brands like domino’s and Pizza Hut are sustaining and these kind of franchises are not. Frankly speaking, this cheap attitude and not caring customer will not sustain longer. One customer, two customers or few customers can be cheated, but not all. I am sure one day this franchise will fail. I will never visit and not recommend others.

I ordered pizza and there delivery boys humiliated me to the next level. They argue with me and ask me to collect my order far from my address otherwise they will not deliver it to me. As I already paid the amount, i forced to go there and collect my order. I literally cried that day. If you want to spoil your mood and your day, go ahead.

ordered 2 pizza and 2 garlic bread when received i was shocked pizza has mayonise topping and layering... shit.... just imagine pizza with mayonise
