"I recently visited Lad Restaurant and had an incredible dining experience! The non-veg thalis were exceptionally delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided top-notch service. The owner's warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The ambiance was great too.

We visited this place on Sunday, and ordered mutton thali and Chicken thali. The mutton pieces were very hard to chew, it seems they are using frozen chicken/mutton. The rassa had no flavours as such, even after ordering special mutton and chicken thali they charged us for extra Aalni vati, the keema had lots of onion in it as a result it lost the authentic flavours of keema and turned sweet. Overall a bad experience and won’t recommend to anyone. There are other places nearby which provide great taste and are light on pocket as-well.

Failed to maintain the food quality. Over staffed. No attention of owner. Relaxed environment of staff & even person who is on the billing counter is reluctant to get feedback. This is the start point of downfall of any food business. Please don’t open more branches keep your quality in one branch.

Worst dinner ever,😖 Less knowledge for making food which customer order .. Need to Change chief.. Tasteless food..hope so it will improve NEVER VISIT AGAIN
