Amazing food as usual and heartwarming service.. our servers blew our mind.. we just casually mentioned that one of the dishes was slightly more salty but it’s not an issue you can just parcel it while we enjoy the rest of the delicious food.. the server offered to re do the dish to which we said it’s fine just parcel the same thing but they went ahead and replaced the whole dish for free and packed that.. and on top of that they wouldn’t accept a tip.. you guys have just won a permanent customer for life.. our kids will be coming here once we have them :)

Le Plasir has been one of the most famous restaurants in Pune for quite a few years now. Despite being close to my house, I hadn't visited this place. I changed this finally a couple of weeks ago, when I visited Le Plasir for lunch. This restaurant is located on Prabhat Road. Roadside two wheeler parking available. Four wheeler parking can be a challenge. It is a medium sized outlet with indoor seating. The ambience is good. We had to wait for around 15 minutes to get a table as it was a weekend afternoon. Talking about the food, Le Plasir specializes in serving a wide range of continental cusine. We tried their Spinach and Cream Cheese Cannelloni along with Three Cheese Sauce Pasta. The Cannelloni was really great. Loved it. A visual delight. The three cheese pasta was good as well. The staff is really polite and the service is fast. Good quality and quantity. The tables are a bit cramped for space. Reasonable prices. Would visit again for sure.

Visited Le Plaisir for the first time—quite disappointing. The aglio olio pasta was initially undercooked, and after asking them to fix it, it came back overly oily. When we questioned it, they said it’s meant to be like that, which isn’t true. The place feels overhyped, and I wouldn’t go back. Only the avocado quinoa salad 🥗 was good.

Food was pretty average for the prices on menu. Totally not worth the cost. The ambience is good.

Pathetic service. I ordered the baked potato hash with mushroom and cheese - it took over 45 minutes. When I asked for it to be cancelled, they refused to cancel it. I told the staff I don’t want it anymore as I’ve already had the sweet dish I ordered - which they served before the savoury - but they just wouldn’t listen. Basic training in serving etiquette would tell them the savoury items are to be served first. Begging me to take a cancelled order, and telling me it’ll nonetheless be charged, was irksome and patronising to say the least. The other items that they at least bothered to serve were quite decent. However, you can’t run a restaurant making excuses about being severely understaffed and refusing to pay heed to customers. Other tables which ordered after me received their order first. If they couldn’t prepare the dish in the standard amount of time, they should’ve let me know before placing the order.

RUSH TO CLEAR THE PLATES!! EVEN BEFORE FINISHING THE FOOD OR SWOLLOWING THE LAST BITE! I VISIT OFTEN SOLO TO ENJOY THE SANDWICH AND HAVE SOME PEACEFUL TIME, HOWEVER THE STAFF KEEPS HOVERING ON YOUR HEAD TO PICK UP THE PLATE. THIS I HAVE EXPERIENCED EVEN WHEN THERE ARE EMPTY TABLES AND NO WAITING. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH ME 3-4 TIMES. AND MIND YOU IT WAS NOT EVEN 20 MINS SINCE I GOT MY ORDER AND HAD STARTED EATING. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING! SIDDHARTH MAHADIK IS THIS PLACE A CAFE OR TORTURE PLACE?
