It was a great experience, food was nice and served on time. Staff behaviour was really nice, we were attended by Raza, he was so polite and nice. He really gave us nice service. It was our wedding anniversary and we were asked if we came for any special occasion, when we told its our anniversary,we were given a nicely decorated chocolate cake which completed our date.

Excellent food paired with warm, friendly service. The Tandoori Chicken, Sarso ka Saag, and Pindi Chole were the highlights of the evening. Thank you, Prakhar and team, for the amazing service!

It is the best place with the great view. It is just perfect for great dinner with amazing view. The food is great. The staff is very professional and proactive.

Great ambience for a date night or a special day or a match day. However there are very limited options in menu. Ordered peas based Kabab and it was quite decent.

Made a reservation on phone call. Came from Mumbai to have dinner after a tiring day of work. Came to the restaurant with my parents in "casuals" wearing comfortable flip flops. We were about to sit on the table reserved by us but were told that flip flops not allowed by a very rude staff Mr. Somesh who didn't have the manners and etiquette to talk to or treat customers. He told us to wear spare shoes which were in a complete worn out state that were kept in the fitness centre as back up, to meet their "rule" on "no flip flop" policy. We were literally kicked out of the restaurant for not wearing shoes and not being informed on phone call by their staff. We respect all the rules and would have worn shoes if told on the phone while booking, but the treatment by the staff was pathetic and completely unacceptable in a five star hotel. Will never visit this place ever again.

lack of hotel staff, abysmal food quality and sizeable service charges. I ordered a chicken starter and they gave me an old one and it caused me and my friend food poisoning ! I guess the quality is unacceptable for a 5 start experience. Saw roaches on the walls too. Forget the fanciness, It was quite a nightmare.

I’m at the hotel right now and it’s Slow slow service. We have to reach out to the helpers / manager to remind them of the order. Took 20 mins for a can of coke. Soda for whiskey was flat. Not sure if we should order main course . Step up!
