Had a wonderful dining experience at Little Italy! The food was delicious, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and every dish was prepared with authentic flavors. What truly made our visit special was the exceptional hospitality from Manager Ram. He was courteous, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience. His recommendations were excellent, and his professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommend Little Italy for anyone looking to enjoy great Italian cuisine with outstanding service. The finest Italian place I had visited ever. The food was really amazing. We tried lasagna, pizza and pink sauce pasta. It was so creamy and delicious. The service and hospitality was top notch, Mr. Ram and his team has taken very good care of us for the whole evening. They were kind, polite and approachable. For deserts we had tiramisu and that was just a mouth watering experience. Mr. Ram has also helped us with suggestions on the menu. Truly an immersive food experience. We went there on a recommendation of Chef Prashant Padage and it was the best recommendation ever.

All the dishes were awesome. We ordered Garlic bread, Pizza Napoli and Pasta del fattor I really liked the taste, highly recommended

Experience at bund garden pune …..While food and qty was fine. Did not like two things, one they did not accept online payment without booking staying that we have this mentioned in menu as well… upon looking at fine print did ask them they why is it not on table as other cards that we are not accepting online payment without booking , be transparent and clear which also should be on Zomato and other places and second the acceptance from the staff was cold which indicate that they are used to it. Having it on menu but not on the table or on the wall is indicative that this is deliberate in nature…..People may come not come again is not their botheration. For sure i was initially thinking to visit again and have changed my mind not to visit again

Zomato shows walk in offers but the place doesn't offer any walk in. The manager here clearly states and denies transactions via Zomato, did not expect this from Little Italy. Had a wonderful experience back in Bangalore when visited this place.

The manager was very rude. We told him that we will be making the payment through zomato. He told us that zomato doesn’t pay the restaurant. When we told him that we will pay only through zomato he very aggressively told that we will have to pay the full bill again to the restaurant. Very very unprofessional behaviour

They don’t explicitly ask us how we’ll be doing the payment. They just kept the bill and we paid through Zomato but they said they don’t allow. Then why they have kept that option on Zomato or Swiggy? They just ruined the experience and wasted time in payment. I’d to sit with Zomato for 40 min to get a refund.

Food was below average. We liked the broccoli more than the pasta in a Italian restaurant. The Ravioli had hair in it and was all broken.
