Super authentic food. ravioli and risotto are outstanding. 5 cheese ravioli with pumpkin broth is top of the house dish. Good service too.

It's perfect the food and venue all things match smoothly. But I feel really unsatisfied because after ordering pasta they don't provide side bread to clean plate. The sauce left in plate .

The place had an awful burning wood smell. They were not accommodating of changing the serving size of the dish just 2 mins after placing the order, saying the order has been punched and cannot be changed(software needs an upgrade I believe)

most pathetic service. the starters took 25 mins to arrive and beverages did not arrive until the end of our meal. the mocktails even after arriving so late were most pathetic in taste. watermelon mocktail had seeds and pulp and could not even be consumed through a staw. the iced tea tasted like nothing less than cough syrup. to top it off when we asked to meet the manager, it took him 15 mins to arrive and his only response was most robotic apologies and telling us that the mocktails will not be charged for. it was pointless considering the mocktails could not be consumed anyway and when we further asked for the reason for such slow service and quality of mocktails, he said that he will get back to us and then just disappeared. no courtesy to even complete a conversation and no mannerism of how to behave with guests.

Our pasta had a cockroach in it and when told the staff they didn’t even speak about exchanging the food. Highly disappointed
