The donuts I ordered taste like 3 days old bread. Stale and crumbly. Even I'm a baker and I know how fresh bread taste like.. The order of donuts was so disappointing. How can we feed our children with this old STALE QUALITY. Doest the restaurant have any conscious. We trust the restaurant by ordering online via Zomato, but I guess the restaurant is to busy or has prior activity hence they don't bother and serve the coustomers stale food.. Unappreciated and dissopointed with the restaurant. Not worth the trust in ordering again.

Worst place to order from, ordered 3 doughnuts just 3 doughnuts and they took 45 mins and the order wasn’t packed at all , delivery partner was waiting for them to ready the order and i had to eventually cancel my order, really needs to improve service. And oh none of their numbers work on zomato theyre all busy, how convenient.

It’s a international food chain and they don’t deliver what they show on the menu list. They have delivered some random donuts which are not my kids favourite so i complain about it to Zomato delivery partner and they have refunded me my money

After the delicious doughnuts in Delhi and Mumbai, this is a big, big let down. I had blueberry doughnut and it tasted so mediocre! I didn't feel upto finishing it at all. Nowhere upto the mark.

It's been a ridiculous experience with this outlet. Never got delivered on time and twice the order was cancelled unnecessarily due to delays and that too happened after an hour.

I ordered bite size donuts. Most of the dounuts are upside down.Worst packaging. I am not sure which kind of packing is this. Very disappointing.

Donuts were not fresh. Test is also bitter. Not value for money.Quality not good. They should improve.
