⭐ 1 star Extremely Unhygienic & Mismanaged Experience "A restaurant should serve comfort, not concern." Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was the complete opposite. I was shocked to see cockroaches roaming in the chat corner, on the floor, and even near the food containers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly urge all parents: "Do not take your children to a place where hygiene is compromised." It is simply not safe. The situation inside was just as disappointing: Untrained staff — I had to ask for water more than twice, yet it never arrived. Poor food quality — More than half the items from the menu were unavailable. The food that was served was tasteless. No cutlery on the table — I waited 15 minutes just for a soup bowl. Every refill required repeated requests (3+ times). that too before 9 PM (peak hours which yet to start) Barbeque items and rotis took excessively long to arrive. The crowd was completely mismanaged with no proper seating arrangements. The whole experience felt like "a chair race with plates in hand", rather than a dinner outing. Overall, this place desperately needs to take hygiene, staff training, and customer service seriously. I hope management treats this as a wake-up call before more customers walk out with the same disappointment.

I took my wife for first time here for new year eve and below are the points i was disappointed with. 1) price was little increased from last time I visited but food quality was drastically downgraded like pizza was too much oily and noodles tasted anday old not fresh. 2) the buffet items available were already not that good choice but still the items which we wanted to try was never available in the counter as we tried visiting 3 times within 30mins but always those were empty jars even though they were labelled for the day. 3) i got some small stones in my mouth while eating gulab jamun and so Ishowed him and asked the waiter about it he said to complain with his manager in receiption so i went to manager but he straight ignored firstly and then said no it will never happen to our food and said you are here from over 1hr right. instead of any action on food quality after reporting he indirectly asked us to leave. I didn't wanted to create a scene on new year eve and also lost my appetite so we left quietly. i felt like I burnt my money for nothing

Worst Service ever experienced. Pizza was undercooked. Only the cheese in top melted, the base was not cooked at all. The salad section had 5 pasta varieties of which 3 were on main course. Though mentioned on Menu Momos were Missing. Roti had only single variety naan though mentioned 3 varieties. Ice Cream was not allowed on table. The quality was very low standard and it was a chaos once rush happened.

food is not yet good.and taste was really worst ...today I wasted my money .....pls check the food before u serve ... bcoz kids don't know the taste of food .A humble request to Manager to check the food quality and taste . Thanku . today I really wasted my money

one of the worst restaurant in my life worst service no one care of customer staff also rude they saw just like I'm beggars food is cold no hygiene ridiculous service I will just pray shut down the restaurant as early as possible

Rating should also include minus. Pathetic place with zero service, food.. its a buffet setting n we were like standing in langar where food was not available

Had the buffet here with my family. offers a substandard experience with tasteless food. Wouldn't recommend at all.
