If you are looking for authentic Kerala flavors, Mallu Stories is a gem that hits the spot. It’s a casual dining space with a lively, bustling energy - so don’t expect a quiet, fine-dining vibe, but do expect incredible food! ​Food: ​Thalassery Dum Biryani: Easily the star of the show. It was excellent and honestly the best I’ve had outside of Kerala. The aroma and the short-grain rice were spot on. ​Kizhi Porotta: Really delicious and packed with flavor. A must-try! ​Kothu Porotta: This was quite nice, though it was a bit "wetter" than what I usually prefer. It would have been perfect if it were slightly drier and flakier, but the taste was still there. ​Sweet Lime Soda: A lovely, refreshing way to wash down the spices. ​Snacks: I couldn't resist taking some snacks home. The Pazhampori (Banana Fritters), Undampori, and even the Cream Bun were all excellent - fresh and nostalgic. ​Tips : ​The Wait: We visited on a weekend and the wait was quite long. However, once the food arrived, it was well worth the patience. ​Parking: Finding a spot can be a struggle as it is street parking only. I'd recommend arriving early or using a cab if possible. ​Service: Despite the crowd, the service was good and the staff stayed on top of things.

I visited mallu stories first time with my friend and I loved the yummy - Kerela food very much, with lovely ambience. We tried 4 dishes and it was fantastic. I will recommend my friends also to visit mallu stories & i will make sure i will visit once in a week because I am foody person and a Hotiler too, Thank you Team for a great food, work & special thank Service Team who take care of your needs and Repeat orders. Such a great find! We had to wait to be seated as it is a small space, but the food was very worth the wait. The parottas are very fresh and flaky, and the pottu fry is delicious. The suleimani tea with mint and lime was so refreshing. The people running the place are very friendly too. Extremely good value for money! Will be returning to this place again.

I did not know what to expect, but the food blew my mind. Think of very tasty kerala food that is very well priced. Total value for money. Tried the pothu roast, surmai masala, surmai fry and paranthas, and the extremely refreshing Lime soda. Must try.

The best kerala cuisine available in the hearts of pune, They serve variety of food and their specials are always mind blowing, They do serve The chicken stew which is a so tasty and filling with any bread of choice❤️ sidik ilka uyir❤️

Delicious Kerala food at reasonable price. Service is also good. Tried kizhi porotta, thalasseri biriyani, chatti choru, porotta with beaf roast.. Taste and quantity was worth the money 👍🏻

Both was nice,nalla salty arunnu.Kurach uppu kurakam.I love salty food but eth kurach over arunnu.Cutlet order cheythittu,i didnt get. Beef fry quantity was good .Improve your package

We had a very poor experience here. I had ordered this chicken curry on their recommendation. When we opened it at home, there were visible bubbles and a strong unpleasant smell — clear signs that it had gone bad. When we contacted the restaurant, they admitted the chicken had been prepared in the morning and had indeed spoiled. Despite this, it was still recommended to us. Serving spoiled food is a serious health risk and extremely irresponsible. Very disappointing experience overall.

Had been to onam sadya . after waiting for 1 hour had to eat uncooked tasteless food. total mis management. all the veges in avial were raw. dal in sambar was uncooked. parippu curry was tasteless . pachadi were served with teaspoon . I felt embarassed in asking for more pachadi.cowpeas were uncooked. overall horrible experience
