Markaiz Lonavla, has always been a place worth the visit for any meal of the day. Serving a variety of food options with multiple cuisines. This time we tried the Belgian Chocolate Mousse for dessert and were absolutely delighted by the food craft we experienced. A special Thanks to Roshan Singh the gentleman who served us for some good recommendations!!

I had Ham & cheese croissant , Lamb burger and hot chocolate. All were very good. Must visit place if visiting Lonavla.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review for a restaurant, and unfortunately, it's because of my experience with the floor manager. The food was good, and the servers were courteous and attentive. However, the floor manager's behavior completely overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. When I politely asked if a table was available, I was met with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive response. If a customer approaches respectfully, they deserve to be treated with the same level of courtesy. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and the manager's attitude was the exact opposite. His behavior made me so uncomfortable that I requested the service charge be removed, as I didn't feel it reflected the overall experience. Even after being seated, I couldn't enjoy my meal because of how I had been treated. I would strongly suggest that the management invest in customer service training for the floor manager.

We ordered pesto pasta it was terrible no cheese no cream so watery ..very disappointing Also broccoli almond soup was so watery..I think the chef needs some training Would not recommend this restaurant

Waited about 45 minutes to get an table and another 30 min for the food to arrive just to find a cockroach in our food. Very disappointed.
