I recently celebrated my brother’s birthday lunch at Mayur Dining Hall, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly their rabdi jalebi—perfectly crisp jalebis paired with creamy, flavorful rabdi. The undhiyu was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with authentic spices and a delightful mix of flavors. Every sabji served was fresh, delicious, and beautifully balanced, complementing the traditional Gujarati thali. What truly elevated the experience was their excellent service. The staff was incredibly attentive, courteous, and made sure everything was served promptly. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect venue for a family celebration. Mayur Dining Hall exceeded all our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with exceptional food and service. This place is a gem!

There is NO BUFFET, only thali. Food is gud, ambience is average, service typical of thali restaurants, price is more than mentioned on zomato. Zomato should remove it from buffet category immediately. visited on Sun 22/12/24

We went specifically for Gujarati food. I’ve tested Gujarati cuisine at many places this one is at the lowest level in them all. Bati of Dal Bati was rotted. Palak was thickened with some flour that had taken away the test . Mithi dal was so sweet that it could have been served as an additional sweet dish. Overall not a very great experience.

Very expensive thali with really average food .. we paid 500 per person for the veg thali which had some13-14 items and none among them was good enough to make you visit this restaurant again. 500 rupees for weekday lunch and which has only one sweet option apple Rabari - which is actually a sweetened milk with grated apple. They gave 2 options in rice .. dal khichri and dal + rice which doesn’t make sense .. rice with the dal was not properly cooked.. They charged us 47 rupees +gst for a 1 ltr water bottle which is actually from some local brand not even bisleri , it was priced way too high.. I have added 2 pics here ..first when it was served and 2nd with the leftover as the food wasn’t good enough to finish ( sorry for the pic but it is just to give u idea..). I don’t like to waste food but I left with no choice here

I dined on 31st Oct for dinner for my mother's birthday. We have been visiting Mayur since my childhood, and it's unfortunate that the food is so bad now. Earlier, Mayur had a different level of hospitality. The food was completely cold and unpleasant, and the variety was unpleasant. Very bad experience. I'm not going to visit again, so I will not be recommending Mayur to any family or friends.

First of all the biggest output to all foodies out there is NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. NOT EVEN FOR TRIAL. The food is charged outrageously at Rs.1000 for2. Out of which Rs.900 is charged for the soda that is added in the food. Except the butter milk and rabdi served everything had soda. The taste is average, highly overrated. The food is not even worth 100rs. Definitely not recommended.

Stale food - Look at what they tried to pass off as pithla!!! It was spoiling dal mixed with a bit of besan... lumpy and brown in colour. I got a tummy upset. It was probably leftover dal from the lunch thali.... I ordered a bit late.... around 3pm Such a nasty and disgusting experience. Yuck!
