Came here late for breakfast and had a bad morning, the amazing and kind service lifted up my day. Served hotcakes despite late timing. 10/10 would recommend!!

This outlet opens at 9:15 am and this is my third consecutive visit where the staff is running into delays of 30 minutes. The staff is usually late and their preparations are not done by the opening time. Not sure why the management is not taking corrective actions here. It just cant be a coincidence that the outlet is running into delays every time and every day

I visited this McDonald's outlet today morning with my kids and had a very disappointing experience. After checking the menu, I approached the counter for payment. The staff member, Nasreen, offered me a discount, which I assumed would reduce my bill. However, it actually added extra items (burgers) that we did not want, and instead of saving money, it increased the total amount. When I mentioned this, I felt my concern was dismissed, and the staff seemed quite rude in their tone. Despite this, I proceeded with the payment. Things only got worse from there. We struggled to find any clean seating—there were flies and mosquitoes everywhere. When I asked for the tables to be cleaned, the staff did respond, but the overall hygiene remained poor. The drinking water area and the wash basin were dirty and full of mosquitoes. My kids even noticed an unpleasant toilet smell in the seating area. When I asked for the manager, Nasreen told me the manager (Mr. Ram) would only arrive at 12 PM, even though the restaurant opens at 9 AM. I was shocked by this lack of management presence during open hours. This experience has left me seriously questioning the hygiene and safety of the food served here. I have never seen a McDonald's outlet in such bad condition. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both staff attitude and outlet hygiene. Until then, I cannot recommend this location, especially for families with kids.

*1/5 stars* Disappointing experience at McDonald's Kalyani Nagar! Ordered a crispy chicken burger and 6-piece nuggets, but the order was incomplete and missing items. Asked for mustard sauce, but was asked to pay extra cash despite having already paid! Staff was argumentative and unprofessional, causing a scene in front of other customers. No bill was provided for the order. Not recommended! *Order details:* - Crispy chicken burger - 6-piece nuggets - Incomplete order - Missing items - Poor customer service

We all know people love mc Donald’s because of the uniqueness and food quality but a heavy disappointment I faced when I visited mc Donald’s last time and I ordered Mc crispy chicken burger , millions of people are fan of that but when I ate that it was tasting like a thela burger just at more price. Kindly improve this , never gonna visit again their🥲

First time visited and worst exp of high fever after eating thanda burger nt warm low quality and unhygienic staff contaminated food drink strawberry juice served or prepared please maintain hygiene

Worst service. Extremely rude staff. Have got a negative experience for the second time. They close the restaurant before time. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
