Her incompetence at the job wasted so much of my time and me and my family . 1) I wanted buy Mango Mcflurry with bisk , she said its not available ,I asked for mango mcswirl she asked a guy in the kitchen who said its available ... I jumped in between and asked same guy if mango Mcflurry is available and he said yes and asked the lady to reswipe their card and search.. 2) Price of mango Mcflurry : 105 i gave 500 rs note and 10 rs note from my wallet . she gave back 5 rs coins and said just wait for few mins or something. i thought she might not have the remaining change ,so when my order arrived in a min and I still waited till next 2 customers who ordered and left one giving cash ,another UPI before I asked for my remaining change.. she says what change ,you gave 110 rs. I said not its 510, she was adamant and kept repeating ,rather persuading me that I gave 110. I told her that I am not a fool to be standing in queue with my wallet open to get remaining amount and suggested to check the CCTV.. the employees went to manager cabinet and came back after few mins with woman convinving me still that I gave 100 rs note. I asked if they saw the footage ,they claimed it isn't clear from that far ..(wasn't far) 100 rs note is purple color, 500 is green. shouldn't be that difficult. anyway my wife also came who was handling my 1 year old for so long waiting outside. We told her why would we lie to you when I never possessed any 100 rs note in my wallet with CCTV in place ,do we look like customer trying to trick you. another employee said , he is counting the cash and will confirm us . finally he did counted and told me yes sir you gave 500.rs note . my mango Mcflurry was ruined in meantime ,completely melted.. the icecreams my family member were enjoying in Amul counter next to McD melted as well. The cashier lady never apologised and went ahead with her business. horrible expirence
