Worst experience I was there on 4the September and Ordered for American lava cheese burger , two Mc chicken  burger and French fries soft drink too. first the took at least 25min to get prepared . Twice I have to go to the counter to asked my order. No cheese in the lava cheese burger. when I raised the complaint , they said "you order for chicken burger and the cheese is in the  patty only. which is missing or they don't know the meaning of lava cheese, No where near what is shown in the ads. they even not bother to attend the complaint. Late service. ALL FOR 313 INR FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL NOT RECOMMENDED

It took so long to prepare the order, while standing near the counter to wait for the order, I was informed to sit on the table and wait for the call once order prepared. It was more than 20 mins waited, no one called me and when I check again order was ready but just kept there. No one was there to serve the order. Burgers does not seemed fresh. Taste and quality was also quite different than the other McDonald's stores.

He goes by the name SIRAJ, he literally threw an attitude and non acceptable temper for me raising an issue for the Chicken Wrap not being properly cooked. This gentleman told me to google the word which I was trying to convey or would not give the food which I had given to replace, when told him that my phone is at the table he told me to go back to the table google it and then come back. Such unacceptable behaviour and utterly unprofessional customer service is being provided at this store in Pune Camp. Its a complete shame for the recruiting team to be hiring such individuals who do not even have basic customer service knowledge and is inadequately trained.

I had ordered the maharaja meal in which my burger was missing plus half of my fries also were missing with a delayed order at my location with all my fries being soggy and cold it is very disappointing for me even after being gold member if I receive my orders late

Ordered from the mcdelivery app, recieved an incomplete order. Manager kept blaming me and eventually stopped answering my phone calls. Pathetic service from such a global fast food giant. I wish this manager gets sacked for such incompetant service.

Ordered "Mexican Cheesy fries". Had a lot of expectations judging by the looks of it from the menu. But the fries was not worth the purchase. The fries were mushy and too cheesy. No tanginess. Lack of flavour.
