I would like to appreciate the team member at the Mc Cafe Counter named KOMAL. She served me the cappuccino and while I was exiting, it accidentally dropped. I just went to inform her to have some one clean it up since it was the entrance of the outlet. She immediately told some one to clear it as well as asked me to wait for a min and replaced it with a new one. I didnt expect that at all but her gesture was very nice and appreciated. It is such Team members that ensures repeat business for the outlet and a positive image for the brand.

This is on the Mum Pune expressway in a food court. We ordered Mc Veggie Burgers.... We have had Veggie burgers since McDonald's has opened outlets in Mumbai. Initially these burgers used to be moist with good amt of mayo. But in recent years, this has changed! At this outlet though, the Mc Veggie was so delicious, crisp, moist, and good Mayo! Sure try it here! We even ordered Mc Chicken This too was so crisp and delicious with good Mayo! Full points to this outlet!

While you are on an early morning drive for work and practically half asleep all you wish for is some comforting food that can be trusted on its taste. A good fat chicken maharaja can suffice your hunger and keep you full till lunch. Undisputebly one of its kind for ever.

I loved this McCafe Brownie and Mocha Shake I had here. The cold coffee was strong and less sweet, just the way I like it and the brownie complemented it well. Been to McD several times, we all have but this one time stood out from the rest. And of course, their fries. McDonald's serves the best fries, undoubtedly. Why one star less? That's because I feel the quantity was not upto the mark. For 250 bucks I'd at least expect a taller glass or more brownie and definitely more cream.

I generally don't give such high ratings to McDonald's but this outlet is special. This place finally ended my wait to have certain delicacies which are only available in Western India outlets of McDonald's. I had Mexican Aloo tikki burger & Salsa bean burger for the first time , both tasted nice. The outlet is on expressway so a nice spot to take a break. The place has nice ambience too.

McDonald's restaurant located at expressway entrance is a saver for all the Pune & Lonavla travellers as it offers sitting as well as drive thru. Ample of space combined with a good staff is a treat. Other than that Normal McDonald's menu with G+1 sitting makes a perfect fast food restaurant.

The place is at a perfect location near mumbai pune highway clean and spacious place i like yhe interior i ordered 4 mc spice burger 3 chocolate shake 1 berry and 4 frise meal was very good staff was polite overall great experience

This review is for the Khalapur McDonald’s after the first expressway toll. This outlet isn’t mentioned on here on Zomato. We took a small sized coke. It was quite diluted. Upon checking with the manager Kunal, he was at least nice enough to admit it was too watered down. We did not insist on an exchange. This is very surprising and disappointing coming from a brand like McDonald’s. there are better places at this food court. Would not recommend this McDonald’s.
