very poor service waited one hour to take order. beverages weren’t available. cashier was very rude. she was talking as if she owned the place and laughing to the other staff members even though there was a long waiting line. the self ordering kiosks were three. both of them were broken. and one’s display wasn’t working. the staff is not aware of the coupon codes. overall very poor service and atmosphere. will not recommend to go here.

Very poor hospitality . Most of the beverage items were not available, the staff was very rude and giving tantrums as if they own the place. When i was giving order to the cashier she was busy gossiping with the fellow staff and the line was too long so it was a frustrating and also the staff isn’t aware of how to redeem coupon code

Worst outlet of Mcd i have ever been to, The staff behavior at the closing time was so rude they were not even attending the customer, not responding after knocking for 5-10 mins, At the take away gateway as well the guy was like nahi hai jao. Will suggest never visit this outlet.

I ordered fries and hot chocolate. Both were not edible as fries were too salty and beverage too sweet. I had to wait for an hour to get the order. Not going to order from here ever again. Very horrible service ☹️

I ordered a chicken kebab burger which was delivered stale ! It was obviously cold n not cooked properly ..am never going to order from mcdonalds again

The hot chocolate was terrible and did not have any kind of cocoa or chocolate in it. Not at all expected from McCafe. Felt like I was drinking milk

The cashier literally said that she can't give ketchup because I ordered only pizza puff. She was also throwing tantrums to give bill.
