I have been going to this restaurant since the time it was opened but post lockdown it has become nothing but extremely disgusting.There are huge like huge RATS in the restaurant now(yes you heard right, I have seen myself.They were jumping all over the place, sofas etc).Staff and manager have become hopeless, the food they are serving is not even cooked properly.Inspite of telling them again and again that the chicken starter served by them was uncooked they didnt do anything and also charged us for the dish.Please do not go in this restaurant ever.You can fall SICK due to extreme dirt and RODENTS!!!!!

We have been going to mirch masala since last 12 yrs. They have absolutely lost the charm. As soon as we sat- table was not cleaned. The menu card given had dahi laden on it which got our hands dirty, we freaked out. Plates were not clean- got them changed. Paneer chilli was rubber. Least that they could get it right was Dal khichdi which was so dry. When talking to them manager- he was busy playing rummy in his phone, was least bothered. We just informed him that they lost a loyal customer base. We make sure we warn or friends about the same too. Pathetic customer service.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Staff Management My recent visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff management was poor and the food quality was below average. The staff was not attentive; they served water only once and didn't check in with us afterward. The food took 45 minutes to arrive, and when I asked the waiter/manager about the delay, they responded rudely. Additionally, the food was overly salty. Overall, the service and food quality left much to be desired, and I won't be returning.
