An Absolutely Amazing Experience at Mocha Restaurant! We had such a wonderful experience at Mocha .From the moment we entered, everything was simply perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of amazing flavours. Every dish we tried was fresh, perfectly cooked, and truly satisfying. It was one of those meals where every bite makes you want to try more 🍽️ The service was excellent as well. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Their prompt service and positive attitude really added to the overall experience. And the ambience deserves a special mention! The beautiful interiors, relaxing atmosphere, lovely décor, and comfortable seating created the perfect setting to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The overall vibe was elegant, peaceful, and enjoyable. Mocha is definitely a place where great food, wonderful service, and beautiful ambience come together perfectly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our visit and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Thank you, Mocha, for such a fantastic experience! We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been loyal, regular customers at this restaurant for a long time, which makes today’s experience even more unacceptable and disappointing. A new employee, Shakti Kumar, behaved in a way that was not just rude, but shockingly arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation showed a total lack of basic courtesy, customer service, and respect. His attitude was so offensive and dismissive that the situation escalated to a point where I was forced to raise my voice—something I have never had to do in any restaurant before. No customer should ever be pushed to that level. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times, regardless of who they are or how busy the establishment may be. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and address it immediately. One arrogant and disrespectful employee is more than enough to completely ruin a customer’s experience and severely damage the reputation of an otherwise good restaurant. This level of behaviour is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Recently visited Mocha in Salunke Vihar and here's my honest review: Ambience & Parking: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mocha is located on the terrace floor and is a massive, beautifully aesthetic space. They offer both open-air and indoor AC seating, which is great depending on the weather. If you want to catch a game, they have TVs set up and even a big projector in the open-air section. The ambience is an easy 5/5. Parking, however, is a bit of a hassle (around a 3/5)—you either have to hunt for street parking or hand your car over to the valet. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a table, which was a plus. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was definitely a strong point. The staff was very quick, attentive, and handled our table well, even when we had to return one of our dishes. Food & Drinks: ✅ Peach Ice Tea & Piña Colada - Both drinks were very nice, well-made, and refreshing. ❌ Old School Nachos Grande - Just average. Nothing to write home about. ❌ Mushroom and Cheese Sushi - Very, very bad. We actually had to return this dish because you could only taste the rice. There was practically zero filling, and we couldn't taste any mushroom or cheese. ❌ Fire Cracker Cottage Cheese Bao - Very poor. It lacked creativity and was basically just standard paneer chilly stuffed inside a bao. ❌ Pink Sauce Penne Pasta - Definitely not up to the standard of a good, flavorful pasta. ⭐ Mango Cheesecake - The absolute savior of our meal. This was the only genuinely good food item we had out of everything we ordered. Pricing & Value: Our total bill came to ₹2,300 for 2 people, and there were no discounts available. While the prices are pretty average for a café/restaurant of this size and vibe, it did not feel worth the cost at all given the extremely poor quality of the food. Overall: A place with a fantastic vibe, great aesthetics, and quick service, but the food is a major letdown. The kitchen really needs to step up its game, as the drinks and dessert were the only things that saved our evening. Would I Recommend It? Depends. I wouldn't recommend it for a proper meal. If you absolutely HAVE to visit for the vibe, stick to drinks and dessert, or strictly order whatever the waiter highly recommends. Must Try: Mango Cheesecake, Peach Ice Tea, Piña Colada Skip: Mushroom and Cheese Sushi, Fire Cracker Cottage Cheese Bao, Pink Sauce Penne Pasta

Ambience, service, all good 👍 Average food !!! Prawns were ok, very spicy for butter garlic flavour. The lamb burger, the patty was burnt and when asked the chef , the reply was its suppose to be burnt in order to cook inside !! Clearly the chef does not know how to cook a burger patty !! Unclean washrooms !!

Overhyped - mainly designed to serve the GenZ. The whole place looks like a big selfie booth. Food is sub par and the waiters have airs for heaven knows what reason. Avoid it, unless you're going for Instagram pictures.

Worst service! Of the 48 page menu, the restaurant has only 3 jain options: Paneer Chilli, Rice and Daal! Shut down the restaurant and learn manners on how to treat customers.
