Mocha Pune has truly become one of my favourite spots for get-togethers—this was already my 4th visit, and the experience keeps getting better. The food is consistently fantastic, with playful detailing and clear attention to quality; everything we ordered was delicious and loved by everyone. The ambience really stands out, especially the open seating surrounded by plants that gives a refreshing, calming vibe. Special mention to Poonam, who was super helpful in managing the reservations seamlessly. While the place attracts a young crowd, it’s equally welcoming for families and elders, which makes it feel inclusive and warm. The pricing feels well-balanced considering the ambience and food quality. Given that the NIBM area can get crowded, the valet service is a big plus and very convenient. Overall, Mocha Pune nails food, service, vibe, and inclusivity, highly recommended 🌿🍽️

One of the unique and beautiful cafe with a vibe you may not get anywhere else. Cafe is on roof top with both closed and open area. Closed area is huge. Seating is good and ambience is impeccable. Service with good and fast with multiple cuisines which will be appreciated by all.

This was my first time here ,and honestly I dont know why there are so many poor reviews .I am sure everybody has their own experience and reasons . For me we ordered A) Heb Chicken Steak B) Thai Green Curry with Roti Kana C) Orange Crumble Crush D) Berry Crush E) Biscoff Pastry The positives and negatives Both dishes were well presented . The taste was top class for both the dishes The chicken breast had a slightly higher salt level however for me overall the food was 4.5 on 5 at least .The portion size for both standalone dishes was poor and could definitely do with a reasonable increase as its definitely not a one person meal and that's not ok at this price point. The drinks were both very average and nothing like a good mocktail but very average some low quantity cut fruit topped with a lot of ice and some soda put together. The ambience is very good and relaxed , top notch. The tables close to the window are best avoided for both the heat and the view honestly its Hadpsar not Manhatten . Lastly but most definitely not the least the service was absolutely spot on with such an elaborate menu we were served in very good time the server was consistently taking feedback not in a disturbing way and the Biscoff Pastry was made complimentary when we spoke to them about the portioning. Overall enjoyed it throughly with my wife will most definitely repeat soon.

Nothing besides the ambience and interiors is good about this place. The mocktails are worst. The sizzler was pathetic. Can’t recommend this place to anyone 😞

Worst experience! Not at all Professional. Their water served was stinking bad. They had alkaline water as packaged water. When we got our own water they said it is not allowed. Zero cooperation and only arguements tht we cannot allow what should we drink. After long arguement they say tht we can serve kinley. This should hv told prior. Sushi is worst. And Anuj ho assisted us is not at all professional.

Worst service we have ever experienced ☹️ Totally spoiled our cousins birthday party. Water served was not at all drinkable. They even denied our own water bottles . Manager Anuj unnecessarily argued on the matter and we have elderly people and kids with us .. water served by hotel should be good .. you can not play with health of customer !!

Very disappointed with the service at Mocha Restaurant, NIBM. The staff response was slow and the overall experience was not good at all. The management seriously needs to improve their service quality and customer handling as soon as possible.

Every staff member is in a rush. This greatly compromises the quality of food and service. The appetisers were served at room temperature and felt like they were pre-prepared. The ambience is good but food needs a lot of improvement.
