The food was amazing. Ambience was amazing. The service was heartwarming. Pleasant experience being here. I ate like a python. Amazing food. Pawan served us, and the guy is super cooperative and a classic advisor. he made it all the more a great experience.

Food was OK, Not much options , in the menu you can find a variety of beers, scotch and whisky but in real they only had 1 option for beer and 1 for scotch.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday celebration. I had already read the previous reviews mentioning poor service, management issues, and unavailability of food and drinks. Despite that, I decided to give the place a chance. I even spoke to the manager before visiting, clearly informing him that I was celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday with 6 friends and requesting him to take care of the service and availability. Unfortunately, nothing improved. Our first dishes arrived after almost 1.5 hours, and after waiting nearly 2 hours, we were told that two of the dishes we ordered were unavailable. The same issue happened with the drinks. My friends were literally sitting hungry and waiting, and honestly, I felt embarrassed hosting them for what was supposed to be a special occasion. The biggest disappointment is that management was informed beforehand, yet the same issues mentioned in earlier reviews happened again. Poor service, poor coordination and extremely disappointing management. If you’re planning a birthday, anniversary, reunion, or any important occasion, I would strongly suggest considering other options. You don’t want an important day ruined by hours of waiting and unavailable items.

At first with only two table seating they manage very well but suddenly with all tables occupied they were not able to manage orders and everything was chaos. Bar tender keep missing orders. Wrong table order was delivered to ours. They even serve drink and confessed that one of the ingredients was missing. So we have to return the both drinks. Also, mutton was not at all available so why not informed in advance. Today Manager or Owner called me and inform the reason for all these which is appreciable. So I have decided to go once more to see if hospitality is improved or not.

Worst place. Waitaed for 1hrs 30 mins to get our first starter served. They still kept saying just 2 more mins. Cocktails are the worst. The attender didnt know what we have ordered and what is served . This place spoiled our whole friday experience. Other people also left that place after long waiting as food is not getting served. We also have to leave the place after wasting 2 hours just waiting at our tables.

The taste was good but the service was so bad most of the dishes from the menu were not available on weekday. The basic salad onion lemon which we usually get was also not available. The food was good but service was not good.

restaurant billed us both cgst+sgct and VAT .. Not sure why VAT is charged when gst is already charged
