Visited Muthusami last year in November with my friend who is from Chennai. We both loved Rasam Vada,Dosa and Idli. Must visit place for people looking for good and tasty food and ambience.

Expected more from this place. The dosa was dry and cold. They have mango specials but no fresh mango used. Only syrup.

Easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The staff was completely uninterested and inattentive. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, tissues, and cutlery — things that should be standard. What’s worse is that even after clearly calling them out, nothing changed. No urgency, no accountability, just the same careless attitude. It honestly felt like we were forcing them to do their job. To make matters worse, the food didn’t help either — the sambar was so watery it barely had any flavor. Completely ruined the experience. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Not good Neither food nor service Apart from manger all staff need to be trained 1) serving person only clean’s table and too after several requests to clean tables , I feel they shouldn’t have offered unclean tables 2) South Indian food not so special & they put apples slices in Bombay masala Sandwich 3) before finishing our Food bill was already on table So I feel there is lack of hospitality training

Not so good taste.. Not at all authentic south Indian.. Benne dosa has too much oil/ghee.. Only pineapple shira was good.. Biso bele rice quantity was less..
