We had a lot of expectations from Nando's as our experience at Nando's in the UK has been amazing. But to our dismay, Nando's at Pheonix Mall Pune was nothing close to the taste of the food, the sauces which we relished in the UK and service was not just slow but the staff can be groomed and trained to handle customer queries in a little more polite and soft manner. A major disappointment was the taste of Nando's sauces as we could only taste the sourness of the sauces and nothing else unlike their UK counterpart.

I have an memory with Nando's Bangalore, and was excited to see it in Phoenix mall,Pune! But but but...I now know why on an evening there were just 2 ppl/customer Inside! Firstly, service is pathetic, staff busy talking to each other and mobile meme view may be. I literally had to shout 5 time just for first glass of water! Then comes food, very very average - with my muscle.memory even hot and mild sauce was not at all same!!! There was a time when Nando's was a kind but guy there are 100s afe every corner which serves almost same dish especially with high price point of Nando, they really need to up the same! Very dissapointed! The only saviour was the refreshing dr8nk Citrus Marae if I remember right.

Very inefficient, slow and unprofessional service. Dosent matter if the food is good or not. With service this trash, no one should set foot for a second time. Its not worth going into details. If you don't want to get frustrated, waiting for your order sitting infront an uncleaned table for half an hour and see chaotic coordination between the staff, AVOID AT ALL COST. Just go to Pope Tates.

We waited ( standing ) in front of table as it was not clean ( all dirty plates and leftover food ) as is. After waiting almost 25+ mins we left. Now all those customers who were seating .. were waiting for there food . So all those 25 mins when I was waiting for table to get cleaned so I can sit , most of the customer who were sitting just sitting with nothing to eat. Pathetic service.

Order- 1/2 chicken with 2 starters- asked for mild spice- received slight warm Nandos classic burger- Served cold Portuguese chicken gravy- served warm Portuguese lemonade- never made to the table Churros- hot but uncooked dough inside Best dish- Chocolate sauce served with the churros Water

I had ordered online food from the restaurant at 9pm they even have mentioned call for choice of sauce but they cancelled my order after 2hrs of waiting to be delivered very unprofessional

Completely unorganized. order was wrong. very delayed. food was not cooked, even after reorder they gave uncooked food. very expensive compared to quality
