My favorite restaurant in all of Pune region. I have been here atleast 7 times and NOT ONCE have I been disappointed with the food. EVER. 100% recommend. Plus they have jain options as well. Plus they will customize your food for special cases. Love this place

Very disappointing experience at Ovenfresh not recommended We visited as a large group with very hungry kids, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. 1. Poor order guidance The person taking our order discouraged us from ordering any appetisers except paneer, which we were already ordering as part of a paneer sizzler. This led us to order only sizzlers, which turned out to be a mistake. 2. Sizzlers that did not deliver The sizzlers were non sizzling, bland, did not have the standard vegetables one expects, and had very little gravy. When we asked for extra gravy, it was initially refused. After escalation, it was provided, but by then we had already finished eating. We were charged for the gravy, and later given a 5 percent discount equal to that amount. 3. Kids’ meal mishandled We clearly informed the server that the enchiladas were for kids. Despite this, the dish arrived topped with red chillies and was extremely spicy, to the extent that even some adults could not eat it. When we asked to reorder a non spicy version, we were refused, being told it was not possible. 4. Untrained and confused staff The servers appeared new, untrained, and lacking confidence. We had ordered mushroom soup. Since food was taking around 40 minutes due to a gas issue, which is understandable, we checked on the order as the kids were getting impatient. We were first told there was no order for cream of mushroom soup, which created confusion. On checking again, we were told there was an order for wild mushroom soup. 5. Poor ambience and ineffective management The AC was not on for most of our visit. Only after escalation to the manager, and after spending more than two hours there, did the temperature seem to be brought down. The manager appeared junior and unable to handle the situation effectively. 6. Inconsistent experience After our complaint to the manager, we saw properly sizzling sizzlers being served, including at other tables, which made us feel cheated. 7. Bakery quality below expectations We also picked up blueberry muffins, which we usually buy from the Shivaji Park outlet, but these were not flat in the usual way and were not fresh. ⸻ Overall verdict A very bad experience with poor service, inconsistent food quality, and lack of accountability. Not recommended. Ovenfresh felt more like Oven not fresh

Oven Fresh is a classic case of how things go from bad to worst if not kept in check. We have been visiting this place since 2023, and the service and food standard has just gone from Bad to Worst. Last night our family of 20 travelled all the way hoping that service would be upto the mark as it was a week day. Horrors unfounded, they were not in the right mood to serve... the chef too must have had a miserable day, Food was devoid of taste all together.. ordered dishes were randomly cancelled without informing us, some basic dishes took upto an hour to be served... Service was pathetic, Servers were on the Brink of being Rude and were absolutely Non-Courteous. I will conclude by saying this place is a MUST AVOID...

Please don't venture here....it's nowhere close to the same restaurant in Shivaji park Mumbai. The service is so poor ..they don't understand the item ordered, get wrong items and don't even understand the normal courses. They plonked the bread first and after 10 min the pasta comes. Pizza came after an hour of ordering. Either the food was bland or too salty or just deplorable. We were a group of 8 and spent quite a sum which could have been put to better use and saved our tummies from such an awful experience

Service is too too bad , they cancelled order after 20 mins n again after taking new order that also got cancelled after 30 mins , don’t visit here , waste of money n food , staff did not apologise also for their act

The service is pathetic, the staff is inattentive, despite repeated follow ups didn’t provide cutlery or took the Order in time. The food was very disappointing and tasteless, bland and stale.
